Excellent guide, excellent tour - Our guide, Jesus, was excellent! He had a good sense of humor, his tour was thorough and well explained and he has a strong knowledge of History. We really enjoyed ourselves and we would recommend to anyone visiting Madrid.

A must do - It was a great time, the guide was well spoken. He mixed jokes in a long with a ton of history. Do the old town tour as well as palace to get more if the history.

Must see! - The Royal palace is beautiful and is a must see! Our tour guide was thorough and walked us through the city. I appreciated the skip the line tickets and exclusive rooms we were able to see through our tour.

Impressive and informative - The palace was so so beautiful,truly impressive with lots of "wow" guide Frederico was great,very informative,but sometimes didn't hold our attention well,words being lost,possibly due to poor sound quality/interference with the head-sets,some of the history to begin with could have been more fully explained. A great morning though nonetheless!

Tour was listed as Old... - Tour was listed as Old town Madrid walking tour and Royal Palace tour. Tour was scheduled for 11 am and we received notice day before that there was a scheduling issue and it needed to be changed to 10 am. Included short tour of some highlights between the tour office and Palace and then the rest of the time was spent touring the Palace. Guide was soft spoken and it was difficult to hear him amidst the crowds in the Palace

Description of Tour not accurate - The tour description makes it sound like this will include a walking tour of old town Madrid in addition to the Royal Palace tour. That is not the case. While the tour guide David mentioned a few points of interest while we walked a few blocks from the meeting place to the palace, it was not an old town tour. Either a more complete old Town tour should be included or the description of this tour should be changed to be more accurate.

Poor Communication - I booked tours through Viator. I mistakenly booked 2 tours for the same day, 7/26 As soon as I realized I sent a message to Fun and Tickets via Viator. I hadn’t gotten a reply by the time I checked in for the all day excursion to Segovia/Avilla. I spoke with a tour guide and a supervisor about rescheduling the Old Town Walking Tour for Sunday, 7/27. The supervisor said she would need to ask her manager and would call me after the tour I was on returned to Madrid, 6:30 or 7:00. No call came! No message was received from the company. The morning on Sunday, July 27, I checked the availability for Old Town Walking Tour offered by this vendor. I could have booked and paid for 2 people to join this group. The lack of communication made me pause. I wasn’t confident that Fun and Tickets would apply payment for the original booking date. I am out 75+ euro. Live and learn!
