First tour of Madrid, first visit to Europe - Paloma was my guide, she was very accommodating and knowledgeable. She is also the sweetest person and was just a pleasure to take a tour with!

Great Experience and Views! - Thanks to Gustavo, we were extremely pleased on our first segway tour we decided to do another and for a longer period of time. Gustavo was extremely helpful in translating between English and Spanish through the tour and knowledgable about the history of Madrid. If you do decide for on a segway tour, ask for Gustavo!

Great, great time with Efrem leading the way - We had a great day (me, my wife and 2 teens) seeing the city with Efrem leading us through Madrid. He was friendly, knowledgable, and took us to some great spots. My kids had a blast and we got to see some spots we wouldn't otherwise have seen. Loved it.

Excellent Experience - Thanks to Diego, we had yesterday a very nice trip, combining Casa de Campo, with the Madrid River and some other nice spots nearby, all in one hour. We can only strongly recommend to book a Segway Tour with this organization. They are very professional and service orientated. Next time we will book with them another tour again.

Fun and Fantastic tour - We had a tour on 17May 18, Our guide is Diego. This is our first segway experience. We have a wonderful time although we only join a one-hour tour. Diego is very helpful, nice and funny. We really enjoy every moment. Thank you.

Fun and interesting - I had a good historical background on the spots that we visited. The guide "Kadir" was knowledgeable and friendly which makes the segway tour more enjoyable. I would have booked more than 2 hours as time flew quick :)

Cancelled just before we were due to go - The tour operator cancelled our tour 55 minutes before it was due to start. Unhelpful customer service in the office as well. Thankfully managed to book a tour with a better operator
