Highly recommend!!! - Amazing experience!! Lola was top notch chef/instructor/hostess. She was knowledgeable, welcoming and planned the perfect dishes . Everything was explained clearly with interesting background and stories explained throughout the class. Delicious food, and fun & friendly environment -would absolutely recommend !!!

Highly recommend - This class has been a highlight of our experience in Madrid! Lola was fantastic…knowledgeable and very personable. She made the food preparation very accessible for all and we left feeling like we could create the meal back home. We went as an extended family (grandparents and teenagers) and everyone loved it! Highly recommend!

Solo traveler attending Spanish cuisines cooking class - I had the best experience doing this cooking class, it was just pure fun, lots of tips from Chef Lola, amazing group as well. Oh and so full that night too with all the Spanish food we cooked. Highly recommended to one of the best things to do while in Madrid.

Cooking class - Lola is a commendable teacher. Our experience in the cooking class was quite enjoyable, and I would certainly recommend it. My children found the class to be engaging, and we all appreciated the delicious dishes we prepared together.

Just Fab!! A perfect evening of cookery and yummy food! - We had an amazing evening with Loleo and would absolutely recommend the class when visiting Madrid. We have been on a number of cookery classes whilst abroad and this was by far the best yet!
Loleo emailed us before hand with clear instructions on how to find the venue, she was warm and welcoming, the cookery class was a perfect blend of watching, useful cookery tips, joining in cookery and of course lots of tasting.
We were at the class for 3 and 1/2 hours preparing and eating 4 courses… egg salad, ham croquettes, squid paella and vegetable cod. The time flew by and Loleo made sure our wine glasses were never empty.
If you are considering booking this class…. Do it!!! It was a fab way to make real Spanish food in a warm and welcoming environment!

Recommended - Fantastic! Chef Lola explains the tricks of the trade with great passion and patience. Delicious food, no knowledge needed because you will learn everything during the workshop. You go home full of stomachs and all the prescriptions. Highly recommended!

Who knew red wine was a breakfast drink? - This was a fantastic experience. We cooked black rice, croquettes, salad and cod. Lóleo is an excellent teacher, calm, wise and well organized. The wine flowed among the seven of us in the class. Lola’s flat is convenient located two minutes from the Pacifico Metro stop.

Give yourself time to get... - Give yourself time to get there. Lola was fantastic! We learned so much about Spanish dishes and how to make real paella. Only suggestion I would say is it would have been nice to have a chicken or other meat option. It was predominantly seafood and we aren’t big seafood eaters. But it was a great way to spend our first day in Madrid. Definitely recommend it!
