Join us in Madrid’s funnest and trendiest cooking class where we emphasise the importance of the social aspect of cooking, eating and drinking!
Our professional chefs turned profesor will guide you step by step through Spains most iconic recipe, Paella! You will be welcomed with a glass Cava and be shown your way to your costume made cooking stations where you will work in pairs and have all the necessary ingredients and equipment to make your very own paella.
The cooking class portion of this experience will allow you to dig deep into the recipe at hand and has been created in order for you to be able to actively participate in a very hands-on and dynamic workshop!
Once you paella recipe has been created, you and the other guests will be invited into our private dining room where all the guests will sit together at our communal table and not only eat the paella made by you, but also 2 appetizers and 2 desserts made by the chef! making this experience a 5 course tasting menu that is paired with our bottomless wine pairing of 5 different Spanish wines!

Must do in Madrid! - One of the best cooking classes we’ve ever taken. The music was a good vibe, the champagne was flowing, and the chefs guided us very well to ensure we had great dishes to eat! We even met new friends here and hung out afterwards! Loved it all! Attended this cooking class in February 2024. Totally forgot to write a review!

Learn to Cook Paella in a Fun-Filled Festive Atmosphere - What a delightful time we had a The Cooking Clubhouse learning to make paella. The minute you arrive you welcomed with a warm greeting and a glass of cava as you await the arrival of your classmates. The set-up of the cooking stations was outstanding and ensured everyone participated. It was a great atmosphere with music, bottomless cava and keen instructions that helped everyone produce very tasty paella dishes (there were five different types prepared by the class) that we later shared in a cool dining room downstairs. Along with the the paella dishes made by the class participants, they served an additional appetizer, dessert and regional wines. The additional dishes made by the class chefs that were delish. This was definitely a highlight of our Madrid trip and something that we would do again the next time we return.

A Brilliant activity. Fun, entertaining and very tasty. Highly, highly recommended. - This was an absolutely fantastic, fun and tasty activity for us to do as a family. Xavi and Beni were brilliant hosts. The vibe was great… loads of fun and laughs - highly recommended and would go again at the drop of a hat. Xavi and Beni were great. I would highly recommend this as an activity to do. 5 Stars!!

Our Paella cooking experience - What a fantastic and memorable experience this was! My husband and I were very impressed with the professionalism of the chefs and our hosts. All of the facilities were top class, we met a wonderful group of people there and had a super time. The Paella cooking class was excellent and we have now cooked one at home. It was also my husband's birthday on the day and he was spoiled by everyone and given a bottle of Cava on leaving.....what a very kind and lovely thing to do! We had so much fun making the Paella and then sat down to a beautiful meal with the others in such beautiful surroundings downstairs. We've made a few new friends out of this too! And did I mention that the wine is free flowing??? I couldn't keep up! Thank you for such a wonderful time, you have got it right 100%! Cannot recommend this cooking school and experience enough when you're in MADRID. It's also a welcome rest inside away from the sun.

**A Fun and Uplifting Cooking Class Experience!** - This class was definitely one of the best parts of our trip! We met so many amazing people, and our chef Bengi was fantastic! The energy in the class was uplifting and so much fun. I can’t recommend it enough!

Yes this is a 5 Star Experience - Don’t hesitate—Book It! I read the reviews and thought, in a beautiful country with thousands of attractions, how on earth could a cooking class garner so many 5 star reviews? We finally signed up and I now understand why. The class captures the social aspect of Spanish cooking, and the relaxed wonderful vibe was certainly refreshing to the “get food on the table” aspect to so much of American cooking. Of course the free flowing wine was a component but it really felt like just a part of the overall scene. I’m not a social person but you can’t help talking to people across/next to you and at the lunch following the social aspect multiplies. The paellas were delicious and you will learn how to make them. But—the sum total of this experience will demolish any individual element. We traveled with our two 18 year old nieces and all four of us agreed that it was a wonderful experience.
