Very good crew / didn’t like the 1st stop - Very organised and kind all the crew (tour guides, drivers..)
I only didn’t like the first stop with the damascinius swords because it was to expensive and not necessary

Excellent and recommended - The excursion was very good and recommended as well as interesting, I would recommend for example that as you walk you provide the guide and the participants with headphones so that you do not have to speak loudly and lose your throat explaining and that they clean the glass of the guides as it is a visual excursion too, thank you.

Just what we wanted: a bus ride, a little tour and enough time on our own - We wanted a day trip to Madrid, but were looking mostly for time on our own. This tour meant we didn't have to figure out how to get from the train or bus to the city center. The tour bus got us to some lovely view points before dropping us off to take the escalators to the top of the old town (you's never want to climb up). We took a walking tour, then excused ourselves from the group a little early to go shopping, eat lunch and tour the cathedral. We got a little lost (our map dropped our pin where we were to meet the bus), but we got to the bus on time for the return trip. All went smoothly.

Good value, very little information provided by the tour guide. - Good value!
No tour guide on the bus to share information on the journey. After arrived in Toledo, the tour guide only guided us to important buildings, then moved on after provide the name of the building, very little or no additional information or history about the building was given, I got more information from Google Lense than was provided by the tour guide.

Okay with remarks - Simple reservation, office easy to find, comfortable bus. Guide was knowledgeable but his English was not so easy to understand. Sometimes the Spanish explanation was double the length of the English information. Unfortunately we lost some time with an unnecessary visit to a local tourist trap shop. We did not know this visit was planned.

Read before you buy it - They should mention in Booking, which is a basic tour, which includes nothing, the guide ran, doesn't explain almost much and lets one tour the city alone.
It's like I just paid for transportation to Toledo.

Disappointed Toledo walking tour - I wanted to start by saying that the company, VDT, did a great job transporting us to Toledo and back. The first issue we had upon arrival in Toledo was learning that for an all day tour, the guided walking part of the tour was only 45 minutes. The second issue was that our tour guide (Anthony) was not the most informative. He was not friendly, and his speeches were rushed without providing much substance. He is well aware of the history of Toledo, but we are not. The information he provided seemed to be the bare minimum and was lacking. He knew where the good picture spots were, and I’ll give him that. But we were left very disappointed with the guided waking tour.

Toledo worth a visit - but not the shopping before getting to town! - We were looking for a day trip to Toledo. Not necessarily requiring a guide. We ended up only being able to book the later departure - at 1000 instead of 830. The tour left on time and got us to Toledo in about one hour as expected. We picked up a guide on arrival - very nice guy - Juan. What the tour does not mention is that you may spend time at a ‘damasc’ jewelry place learning the art, and shopping. Was sold as a 20 min washroom break. Some travellers took too much time here delaying actual walking tour start in Toledo. Made time there feel rushed as we did not get to actual walking tour location till almost 2 hours after arriving in Toledo by the time the bus made it to final parking. . Had to be back for bus at 1615, leaving only a little over 3 hours to visit cathedral and museums and take in the town.
I am not sure if the decision to stop was tour guide or travel company choice but I would leave this stop out or make optional. For me this was a waste of time as there there so many vendors with this product throughout the city.
Otherwise tour bus comfortable- short walk from center to get to bus. A nice day trip just needed a bit more time to explore, so a bit disappointed.

Bad guide almost ruined the day - The English tour guide Luis, did not explain anything, it look like he did not wanted to be there. The only time he spoke was to say “ this is the entrance to whatever monument” no explanation no dates, no information that we could not find in google by ourself . I usually don’t give a review but this is the worst tour guide I have ever had and I had a lot.
