This is Uber fun and a truly excellent way to see a lot of things in Madrid safely and fast. Mario was excellent - Mario is Super Matio. Great knowledge charming courtesies. We wanted to tip him even but non ATM’s nearby. We felt safe at all times and learnt so much

Great 2 hr crash course on the history of Madrid! - Miguel was our tour guide and we had a great time! It was a hot day so it was nice to not be walking and have a breeze while seeing the highlights of Madrid. We did the tour early in our trip and it helped us decide what we did want to go back to and what we were fine just getting a quick glimpse of. With your own guide it is nice to be able to ask questions whenever you want and ask to stop for pictures when you want to!

Tuk Tuk with Antonella. Antonella was a superb guide/driver she took all of her time to take us around Madrid explaining in deta - 5 out of 5. Great experience. Highly recommended. Great guide .Explained everything in detail. Try to please us in every way possible

Very good - Very friendly and funny guide. We covered a lot of Madrid seeing many of the main sights and giving us a good introduction to the city.

Short trip through the city centre - Tour was unfortunately a bit hampered by the half marathon. Could not reach all areas. Booked was German, driver could only speak Spanish and English. But was still ok as he was well understood. It was fun.

Good but fell short of what we expected - We opted for the 2 hour tour yet we found it was a bit rushed and although we did see quite a few places we weren't taken off of the beaten path. It was a way to see areas we would not have visited otherwise but still a bit rushed.

Not so good - We have requested a tour in english. Unfortunately, the guide spoke very little english. He also had no microphone, we could not hear anything he was saying during the tour.

Not even worth half the price - Poor English and got lost in traffic most of the time. Very expensive for a trip that gave us very little.

Bad experience -Try to cheat on the actual duration booked and insist on selling extra time by going to very few places - I chose this company because it can accomodate 5 person (incl 2 small kids) in a tuktuk which the other company with higher rating cannot. Despite the lower rating and higher price, i thought maybe those people are just unlucky. But turns out this company's ratings and reviews reflect their real unprofessionalism I rarely wrote bad reviews or even any reviews at all but i think out of all my viator experiences, this tuk tuk tour is my first extremely bad experience and people should not be scammed for the 2nd time The driver which I did not get his name, a Filipinos who has stayed in Madrid for 10years, tried to cut down our 2hr booking to 1.5hr and insist on extending our tour by paying extra. After explaining and showing the proof that we bought a 2hr tour, he reluctantly agreed to continue the tour. But only to bring us to a Christopher Colombo statue by a long detour and then said that our time is over again. We did not even get to see the Royal Palace. When we asked to drop us at the Royal Palace for our final stop, he insisted on purchasing an extension of tour again. We refused because we thought a 2hr tour is supposed to cover that. Then we chose not to argue anymore and asked to be dropped at a nearby restaurant which is just 5mnt away. He said it is too far away and our time is up and his excuse now that he has another job waiting. But isn't he selling for an extension of time just a while ago? We gave up, feeling very disappointed and sad. There is no use arguing. He just wants us to get off right there with no good intention at all. My advice is to choose wisely for the tuktuk company, their bad ratings are real.
