Increduble Day Tour in Chiang Mai with Mr Tong - We did a full-day trip with Mr. Tong to an elephant sanctuary, Chiang Dao Caves, the sticky waterfall, and Doi Suthep, and it was absolutely fantastic. We opted for Chiang Dao Caves and the elephant sanctuary as a special Pagoda Tour arrangement instead of the usual butterfly and orchid farm, and it made our day feel very, very special. The car was clean and comfortable, with water, tissues, and snacks, and he was always checking that we were okay with the pace, breaks, and walking. He chose a kind, no-riding elephant sanctuary and explained a lot about elephant welfare in Thailand, which made the visit feel meaningful, not touristy. At Chiang Dao Caves and Doi Suthep, he shared many interesting stories about history, Buddhism, and local culture, and pointed out details we would have missed on our own. The sticky waterfall was pure fun, and he guided us safely on where to climb and helped take great photos. Throughout the day he was funny, thoughtful, and very organized, always going the extra mile with small touches and helpful tips. We learned a lot, laughed a lot, and felt very well taken care of. To sum up, in one word… incredible.

Couldn’t have been better. - Mr. Tong and Mr. Kit were great, Very friendly and professional. They were patient with us when we needed to stop and stretch or use the facilities. Mr. Tong was knowledgeable with the historical and interesting facts of the waterfall and temple. This tour couldn’t have been better. And the coffee was delicious. Would absolutely recommend.

A kindness - I was hurt just before this tour but Mr Tong went out of his way to ensure I saw the waterfall. He was kind and took us to the hospital after the tour and ensured we received the best care and made it home safely. Thank you so much for your kindness, it will always be remembered!
