Super recommended - Spectacular. The hike is demanding and very hot, but it is worth it when you arrive at Cabo San Juan to relax for a while and swim on the beach. We saw monkeys during the hike.

Magic - Wonderful walking and listening to your footsteps that are mistaken for birdsong, the sound of the wind and the shock of the sea confuse the land. You must be in good physical condition to walk, the walk at a good pace is 1hour 45 minutes. You have options to return, but the outbound landscape is one and back another, so enjoy the hiking that this beautiful park offers you

Better... I don't think you can. - One of the best experiences I've had from the time of hotel search to return. Our guide Jose Luis, exceeded ALL expectations. Depending on your physical condition, we could know sacred and mystical places, with difficult access but wonderful experience. A person connected to nature, full of people familiar with the area.

The actual experience... - The actual experience when it runs as a tour should was fantastic. However, on the day I booked to go I waited 90 minutes for the bus to pick me up before I contacted the company in Santa Marta, who told me they had no record of my booking. I ended up going the next day but the group was far too big to keep the tour running efficiently and we were made to hurry to the final beach as we had to make up time after waiting around for 45 minutes at the park entrance. The lack of organisation was alarming and I was left behind by the group and would have missed the bus back if I didn't figure out they didn't stop for me like they said they would.
