Perfect excursion! - I went with my son on a sunrise excursion to Borobudur, a jeep ride and an excursion to Prambanan. Our guide was Dani . We really liked the organization of the tour. Everything is clearly spelled out. The guide is great, so much interesting and new told us , very pleasant to communicate . I am 100% satisfied with the firm organizer and guide. All advised. My friends are flying soon, and I want to book a tour with them. Nice doing business with professionals!

A Day Well Spent in Yogjakarta! - Arma was my driver for this trip. He picked me up promptly and took me to Borobudur Temple for sunrise. I was lucky and saw a beautiful one.
The drive was good. He’s friendly and fun to talk to. And he also loves photography and send some photos after the trip!
I didn’t have much time but this tour allowed me to see the main sites. I highly recommend this tour and ask for Arma!

Maxi is just awesome! - It was absolutely awesome!! Maxi takes care of absolutely everything, he ensures you are fine all the time and prepares you for everything perfectly. He's extremely friendly and always reliable. If you want to do this tour, I absolutely recommend you to do it with Maxi!!

Great tour - Highly recommend this adventure! The whole day was well planned and thought out. It was smooth and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Each of the sites were great, especially the sunrise tour. Bima, our driver, was extremely kind and helpful and knowledgeable. He took us to a cute coffee shop and his lunch recommendation was excellent. We felt safe the whole time.

Terrific - Mattias was an excellent guide, easy to talk to, and very accommodating. I overslept and he was so patient - if I were him I would have been super ticked off, but he was very laid back. He is genuinely curious about other countries and cultures and taught himself English by watching American movies.
The temples were my reason for going to Yogyakarta and did not disappoint. The guide at Borobudur was just okay - there was another group where the guide seemed to share more information, so it’s really the luck of the draw. But it was a neat experience to be there in the quiet before the sun rose. The jeep ride wasn’t really my thing and I wish we could have gotten closer to the volcano. That said, the guide was sweet and it was nice to chat with him about the area and the people. Matthias went with me to Prambanan and the temples were incredible.

Complete tour with a lot of highlights and a perfect guide. - We had a wonderful tour with a lot of highlights. We especially liked our guide Matthias who took care of us during the whole day. He could speek English and knew a lot. He gave us some time around Borobudur before the climb what was nice because it was not yet busy. He also found a good restaurant where we could enjoy our lunch.

Surprisingly good value day packed with memories - What made this a five star experience is that my driver, Bima, picked me up early - and I had the day on my own. My point being that he could have cancelled due to low numbers. He was an excellent driver, spoke fluent English, was keen to practice idiomatic Australian expressions and was accomodating and very knowledgeable.
The trip began at 4am. Not ideal, but necessary to witness dawn over Borubodor, the valley and the background of volcanic mountains. The first stop, to observe dawn involved a quite arduous walk to the observatory. I brought along an iPhone and a Leica Q3 with 28mm lense. The Leica was pretty useless as Borubodor is about 3km in the distance. Bring a 200mm+ telephoto lense if you want any chance of shooting some good shots.
We then visited the structure. Anyone going will know about it. It doesn’t disappoint although UNESCO has determined strict rules for visits.
We then drove up to the foothills of Mt Merapi in a 1945 Jeep - tiny vehicle by today’s standard but lots of fun.
Finally we visited a huge Hindu 9th Century temple complex which was not regulated at all.
Overall a great day out. Thanks Bima!

Amazing day - What a great day, very long but awesome. Every single piece of it was great and Bima our driver and tourist guide was simply amazing to be with, such a wonderful person! This is a must see tour

Driver never showed. - The company never reached out to me even after confirming the request, making me nervous they had overlooked the booking, and my fears proved to be true. Come 4am sitting outside my hotel, no driver in site. 5 am still no driver. At this point I had reached out to their WhatsApp, no response. Actually even several days later, no response. They never showed up. I ended up having to salvage together something to save the day. Hired a private driver for the day had him drive to each site. I paid for the entrance fees and parking. Ended up spending about 30usd less than what the tour cost me for a solo traveler. Only thing I missed was sunrise. If you do book with this group just be extra vigilant in reaching out ahead of time and make sure they actually have you on the schedule.
