Ermanno, our father and a pioneer in producing Boca DOC, established Le Cantine del Castello in 1963 in Maggiora (No), Piedmont. He upheld the winemaking traditions of his forebears, resolutely opting to craft a long-aging wine like Boca, while preserving its unique characteristics. This invaluable lesson continues to guide us, as we remain committed to the potential of this wine, known for its distinctive character, exceptional finesse, elegance, and notable minerality and freshness.
