Ruins with a scooter - The provider was so kind to us. My husband uses a mobility scooter and when I asked if they could work with it they said we were all "familia". Snacks of fruit were delicious. Great excursion.

Your with family - Great educational experience for the whole family. Had an amazing time. The only negative was the directions to the meeting spot, was a little confusing and we ended up getting there a little late, but they were very accommodating.

Had the pleasure to be in... - Had the pleasure to be in a small group led by Octavio/Chino. The ride was bumpy but the guide was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the smaller group setting.

Ship Port Cancelled - Full Refund - We were unable to go on our tour because of strong winds preventing our ship from docking. Costa Maya Experiences was very understanding of this and gave us a full refund. We will be booking with them again if we come back to Costa Maya.

Great tour! - Rafa (Raphael) was a great guide who led our small group through the Chacchoben ruins. He was well informed and a pleasure to listen to. We highly recommend this tour!

Family friendly outing in close proximity to cruise ship terminal. - We had a large group of 8, with older folks that had mobility issues and younger kids, and the outing was able to accommodate their different interests. The guide Rafael was very knowledgeable, spoke english very well and had ann outgoing personality. The ruins are fascinating and in good restored condition. The A/C van was be try comfortable as well.

Fun Times at Chacchoben - We enjoyed our time and our guide Octavio "Chino". He was very knowledgeable about the Mayan people and culture. We definitely recommend this excursion.

Rafael was amazing! Very... - Rafael was amazing! Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Our family really enjoyed learning about the rich history of the ruins. It was also nice to be with a smaller group. He also helped us get to the beach on a hot day. Highly recommend this experience!

Chacchoben Ruins trip - A wonderful excursion to see Chacchoben Mayan site. We had a family of 7, and this allowed us to fill up the van transporting us from the port. Amazing guide, Siamarra, made us feel so comfortable and filled us in on daily life in her country/state. Great guide at the ruins too. Even provided us with local snacks and beverages on our return. Very recommended!!
