Awesome family beach day visit - We had an amazing day at Nohoch Kay. Yorbing and his staff were the absolute greatest and most helpful people around. Not a single issue. Great food and drinks. Will definitely visit with them again

Sisters Paradise that lead to miscommunication - We booked this tour a couple of days before our cruise. When we arrived to the port we met up with Angel and I believe Ruth to catch a taxi to the beach. Ruth told us and the taxi driver that everything was paid for and that we did not have to pay the taxi driver extra once we arrived to the beach. Once we arrived Mario and Miguel served us drinks and food all day. Just when we were about to get a massage, we were told by the masseuse that a massage would be $35 EXTRA!?! When you book that excursion it clearly states one hour massage is included. We ended up getting a massage from another group of ladies for way cheaper. After a long day at the beach Mario called a taxi to bring us back to the port but as soon as the ride ended the driver mentioned we needed to pay. I told the driver that everything was paid for and then that lead into an argument about payment. The driver continued to follow us but again I stated he needs to follow up with the manager of the excursion. I highly recommend that the manager of the excursion needs to rewrite what is actually included and what costs extra it is very misleading. All in all the food, drinks and hospitality were amazing!

Fun and sun on the beach - After a miscommunication regarding the meeting location, getting a taxi on our own, we convinced the driver to contact the operator, which he so very graciously did. We were on our way. From here on out is was FANTASTIC!!! Everything was great! Great service, great drinks, great food. And an Awesome view. Would definitely do again.
