Paradise Beach Day - Definitely a memorable day! A taxi will drive you to a remote location on the island where you will spend the day with your host, bartender and chef. Excellent food and drinks made to order and very few people.The day we went there were just a handful of us with the beach to ourselves as far as the eye could see. We had kayaks and snorkel gear to explore the shallow reef. Don't miss this hidden gem!

Stop scrolling ... this is an amazing excursion - We felt like we were visiting family during this excursion. Teresa, Luz, and Victoria were so kind and attentive! We devoured the ceviche and tacos and the drinks kept coming! The piña colada was made with fresh, local ingredients and were incredible! The capacity of 35 was wonderful. The other groups were on a different cruise ship and had to leave earlier, so we enjoyed the beach to ourselves for an hour! The staff were great about communicating how to get our taxi. This location is off the beaten path, and truly a hidden treasure! The only downside was the seaweed, which is just a part of nature. This was truly the highlight of our cruise and we will DEFINITELY return!!

Book this now! So much better than cruise excursions. - We just returned from the private beach, and we had a fantastic time. There were only eight people there when we arrived and only two when we left. The drinks were plentiful, and the food was delicious. We had a private taxi from the port. Our hosts anticipated our every need before we even realized what we needed. I brought my own snorkeling gear, but they had plenty available. We did use their lifejackets, and kayaks were available as well. The snorkeling was very enjoyable in calm waters. I would 100% book this again!

All inclusive, quiet beach, away from the crowded port area - When our ship delayed the arrival time for the port, I sent a message through the app that was replied to very quickly. We were assured that our transportation would wait for us. Our driver was waiting for us outside the port shopping area and drove us to the private beach. The drive was about 25 minutes. We were immediately greeted upon arrival and given our choice of table and chairs as well as two loungers on the beach. We were supplied with beverages of our choice throughout the day, and served a lovely lunch.

Relaxing day - Our ride was waiting for us when we arrived. The food and drinks were delicious. Nice peaceful place not too crowded. We recommend going here when in costa maya

Lovely service, extremely friendly. Discreet when we wanted privacy, service when we wanted it. Couldn’t ask for more! - Very friendly, beautiful scenery, private location. Anything you wanted, they brought immediately. Amazing day for a ln excursion off a cruise full of people. Relaxing and quiet location to sit back and have a day to ourselves. 5 stars for Canello!

Tranquil beach time in Costa Maya - My family and I were whisked away from the cruise ship port to a lovely secluded beach. The weather was beautiful, although a bit windy. We had time to swim, snorkel, and relax on the beach. Near shore where a few corals and small fish. But the real beauty was about a 400 yard swim out to the reef. It was spectacular.
There were also kayaks available for our enjoyment.
Teresa kept my teenage son interested with an assortment of fruity drinks. She also provided delicious guacamole and ceviche.
This was a wonderful excursion away from the tourist crowds. I would highly recommend the experience to everyone who might enjoy a bit of quiet relaxing time.

True paradise - The beach is amazing, we were the only 2 people on the beach for the day. The food and service was excellent. If you are looking for a party atmosphere, this is probably not the place, however, if you are looking for true paradise, do not hesitate to book this excursion.

a bad spot - This place was out in left field. need a lots of work. we were the only 2 person there. So the service was good. Full of seaweed . Would not recommend it .
