Great Tour Experience! - Great experience with the folks from this tour today. Everyone was very helpful and nice from beginning to finish. Our tour guide took us all over to see several areas of coral and fish. We didn't see a sea turtle this trip but it was still well worth it. Highly recommend!

Recommended - The service was excellent and I was reassured by the concern for our safety. We saw a lot of fish and I would recommend it to everyone. Also the taxi from the pier to the shop costs five quid per person.

We had a ton of fun... - We had a ton of fun snorkeling the reef, we saw a sting ray and felt very comfortable with the experience and hospitality of our guides

Highly recommended. - Highly recommend this trip. Firsly, we missed our allocated time yet they put on an extra outing just for us when contractually they could have taken the full fee without accommodating us. We took our 8 and 10 year old grandkids. Guide Neto was a perfect tutor for them. They spent a good hour exploring the sea bed and came back with lots of stories of the strange fish they had witnessed. Us grandparents tagged along for the boat ride and photography. Good english spoken both in the officeand on board boat. Very good value for money

Absolute great time snorkeling. So much to see! - We did this as a self-booked excursion during a cruise. The instructions were easy to follow as far as how to get a cab and where to direct them to go (and what it should cost). We arrived a bit before the excursion time and browsed some of the nearby shops. When it was time for our tour, the other party/parties were no-shows and we ended up with a private tour. There were two crew - the "captain" who stayed with the boat and a guide who came out swimming with us. We had a good amount of time on the water and he led us around the reef area pointing out a number of interesting sights including some rather large turtles. All equipment was provided and fit well. No safety concerns at any point. Would highly recommend and might even do again on a future cruise.

Saw a sea turtle! - Finding the location of the snorkel was easy, as was checking in. We had nettle (I’m not sure if that’s how it’s spelled but pronounced) Diego and Carlos. All were amazing and very helpful. They cared deeply about the coral and was making sure we knew everything to keep us and coral safe. We got to see a yellow stingray, a spotted eagle ray and sea turtle! So many beautiful colorful fish as well. I have been snorkeling several other islands and this coral was very alive compared to what I’ve seen. Waters were choppy but not unmanageable. I’d definitely go again with such a fair price

Cancelled Due to Weather. Great Company to Work With. 5 Stars - Unfortunately, The trip had to be cancelled due to strong winds. The cruise ship was unable to dock at the port. However, the refund process was easy and Mar Adrento could not be nicer about the transaction. They call me back to tell me they had cancelled the excursion and my payment would be refunded. We were very sad we could not go but we will be booking with them in the future.

Wonder Snorkeling Adventure!!! - These guys were great! Very attentive from start to finish! Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a wonderful snorkeling adventure while in Costa Maya! We saw beautiful fish, coral reef & sea turtles! Try them, you will not be disappointed! !

Not the enjoyable trip per their description - A day with high waves. When we arrived I asked about snorkeling in waves and was told we go to area of less waves. not true. High waves and lots of sargassum seaweed to swim through. There were fish to see near boat and when I stopped a couple times to take photos, I was told I needed to keep up with group that was constantly swimming against the waves. So forget looking for fish, just keep trying to swim faster to keep up with the group, even when the waves were pushing us away. I was told the boat would come to meet us, but we ended swimming back to boat. we never drifted to see fish, no turtle, no stingray. If they were there, I didn't see them, and maybe due to constantly swimming and fighting the sargassum. No calm waters or 2 snorkel spots per description.. It was all very rushed. Their photo show snorkeling close to the boat. We swam quite aways from the boat. There were children and new snorkelers who were holding on the the life ring and constantly swimming against the waves. I've snorkeled many times on boat tours and never had this experience. I am healthy and a strong swimmer and spent 2 days prior snorkeling several hours at other cruise ports. This was not enjoyable. There was only 1 other snorkel boat out there and it stopped at the area close to point where our guide stopped swimming, which must have been the better reef area. I picked this company per their reviews; they should be more truthful about the conditions of the water when I inquired. I read other snorkel groups cancelled that day. I'd add photos if I were able to stop and take some.
