At the end of your tour, if you like to stay a while to enjoy the beach club we have for you, an excellent place with all the services, the only thing you pay for is the food and drinks, if your decision is to return to the port there will be public transportation to take easily

Have no fear - Was skeptical at first because of what's happening in Mexico, but the tour guide assured me that everything is fine in Costa Maya and they were right. Tucan tours will take you there and back for 5 bucks each. They also provide pictures and videos of your trip. Totally worth every cent. Would recommend and even go back!

Fun time seeing turtles and fish! - Awesome experience snorkeling! The captain and crew very great and helped us see cool fish and turtles! Finished out the day at the beach club where the staff was very accommodating

Highly recommended for snorkelling tour in Costa Maya - We were on a 7 day cruise on the Princess Sun and one of the stops was Costa Maya for the day. We took a taxi to the town of Mahahual and came across this company along the boardwalk. We decided to take their snorkelling boat tour to the reef and had a great time. The guides were very professional and safety conscious. We all were provided life jackets to the reef, snorkelling equipment was like new and once snorkelling, one of the guides was in the water with a life ring the whole time swimming with us. He found 2 turtles and pointed them out to us so we all swam over to see them. He also took numerous photos of us in the water and underneath the water and they were emailed to us at no extra charge. We were all provided with water after on ride back to shore. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly, and their prices were significantly lower than purchasing it from the cruise ship. We would highly recommend them !!

Super value for money - This was a wonderful small-group experience. We had a ton of time in the water and around the reef. Saw a stingray and many fish! Highly recommend.

Snorkeling on the Mayan Coast - A very good experience! The sea was a little rough, and they gave me the option to cancel or take the tour. I decided to take it, and the guys offered to take me directly to see the turtles first. We managed to see two, and then, to make it easier, they decided to take me on the boat to the reefs. We saw fish and coral, so it was well worth taking the tour. They accommodate your needs and abilities and helped me every step of the way. Thanks for everything, guys! I highly recommend it to cruise travelers!

Great Snorkeling Experience! - A wonderful experience!
This was our first time snorkeling from a boat, and with two boys (7 & 10) the 1 hour trip was perfect! The water was beautiful and we were able to see two turtles! We were surprised to find that underwater and group pictures were included in the package!
Our boat driver and snorkel guide were excellent (my apologies for forgetting names).
We were also pleasantly surprised to find that after our snorkeling was done that there was much to see along the coast, and we were only a short walk from The Crazy Lobster, where were were able to get a bite to eat, a massage, and enjoy the beach.

Read the transportation... - Read the transportation suggestion ahead of time. The Guide and captain were great. Saw a couple turtles and countless fish.

A wonderful experience on the reefs! - A wonderful experience on the reefs! It was fantastic, and despite the weather, we saw many corals and fish. They took us directly to the place where they said the turtles are usually found. It was incredible because the guys did everything they could to find them, and we saw two of them in their natural habitat. I highly recommend it! I will definitely return.

My first time seeing sea turtle - We had a wonderful time! The water was a little rough but that was the only challenge we had. We were picked up and taken right to where we had to go. Our direction were perfect and easy to follow. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. It was absolutely perfect and we saw several turtles!

Saw turtles but less guided than hoped - Very friendly guides and a fun experience! The reason I didn't rate it 5 stars was the guide was on a mission only to see sea turtles. Our group swam past very cool squid, some colorful fish, and we even saw a ray from the boat - but he didn't point out anything along the way to and from swimming to where he found the sea turtle. So I was a little disappointed that it felt rushed and not as guided as I might have liked. But really fun to see the turtles, they clearly know the areas to look.
Also I had asked about recommended transportation from the port to their boat and was told to use Toucan tours. What I didn't realize was this company is quite a long walk past the taxi area. They don't recommend taking a taxi so plan on 10 minute walk beyond the taxi area (maybe allow 40-45 minutes as you leave the ship if on a cruise). The booking mentions inclusion of a beach club, but I wasn't directed to anything like that at the end of the snorkeling - however, I decided to order a drink and grab a chair at a nearby section of beach, there are plenty there to choose from that will happily try to get your business.
