Great tequila tasting experience. - What a find! Rosio was our hostess and we learned so much about the history and making of tequila. This is not a bar - it is an outlet for a distillery. Rosie’s English was flawless and her first occupation is teaching. The price for the tasting of 6 different tequilas was more than reasonable. The tequila was fabulous and not anything you can find in an American store. It is about 1.3 km from the cruise port, a 25 minute walk down a shaded median into town on a nice day, though you will pass many cab drivers seeking your business. If I cruise here again, buying a bottle of their “baby” tequila and their sampler of peach, almond and coffee tequilas will be my first stop. Ask for Rosio!

Tequila at the smoothest - Fantastic tasting and incredible price! Location is very clean and nice. Easy walkable from cruise ship port on a beautiful shaded walkway. The ladies were very knowledgable and super sweet. Fun experience. Tequila is delicious and smooth and available in many flavors as well as ages (blanco, anejo, reposado, peach, almond, and coffee). Don't forget to taste - and buy - the honey too. We bought tequile and honey. Must do on your trip to Costa Maya.
