- Fast Track is available from 06.00am - 23.59 only (flight arrive or depart time)
- Adult pricing applies to all passengers over 2 years 1 day on the date of travel
- Infant aged under 2 years old requires original birth certificate or Passport
- All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund.
- For departure fast track, you can enter you details under “Arrival flight and time”, as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you
- For Fast Track Arrival from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 500 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
- For Fast Track Departure with Premium Lounge from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 1300 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
- Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
- Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
- Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving via this link: If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.
