The course to take for stunning images!!! - Christopher is an amazing (and patient) instructor. The classroom and field work flowed very well. Absolutely worth the investment!!!!

A Must Attend Workshop! - Chris is a very knowledgeable and experienced photographer. He ha a personality that is warm and inviting and he is a really fun person to be around. I attended the Acadia workshop back in May of 2016 and even though I had an idea of what to expect, Chris far exceeded those expectations. I knew a little bit about astrophotography as I had learned how to take photos of the milky way prior to going on this workshop but I left with a digital card full of much more. I learned how to take an exposure for the Milky way and a longer exposure for the foreground and then blend them together in Photoshop to create one stunning image. In fact, the image I created still remains today as one of my all time favorite night time images ever. I also learned about focus stacking which was my first exposure to this workflow. Chris introduced me to timelapse photography as well and how to use LR, a 3rd party software, designed specifically for processing timelapse videos. As an extra special bonus Chris made himself available after the workshop ended in case I had questions on anything I learned during the workshop. I highly recommend attending one his workshops if you can; I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Learn from the best!! - Chris is an awesome instructor! He’s calm, knowledgeable, and you couldn’t find a better person to open your eyes to Night Sky/Astrophography.. His process from pre-shoot lectures/lessons to post editing is phenomenal. Highly recommend Christopher!!

Fantastic experience to create amazing images of the night sky - I have been on this workshop not once but THREE times! The experience is amazing from the guided tours of Acadia National Park to the whole learning experience. I have learned how to photograph the Milky Way, and how to take time lapse photos of the clouds moving and the stars moving through time. I have produced panoramas of the Milky Way, multiple exposure shots of the Milky Way and how to merge photos into time lapse videos. The accommodations are close to the park and very convenient for food and shopping. Not only did I learn camera settings and tips for taking these photos but I learned post-processing editing that has made my photos the best they can be. Christopher is an expert and he has given me invaluable photography skills that apply beyond astrophotography. I highly recommend his workshops.

Amazing! - It was amazing to see the Milky Way. I was able to seen such a fantastic view with the help and guidance of Chris. Plus, the weather cooperated well. We were lucky to have clear skies without clouds on the first night. It was fun to photograph the night sky.

A truly rich and rewarding workshop - Christopher is a master at night photography, astro photography, time lapse photography, videography, landscape photography etc. He is also a great teacher. My photography skills have been elevated exponentially by Christopher and I left his workshop with many advanced photography skills and incredible images. I also enjoyed the time meeting other photographers and being out in nature.
