Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S) was the pioneer in establishing the boundaries for Haram. Following the guidance of Angel Jibrael (A.S), Prophet Ibrahim (A.S) maintained these boundaries. They remained unchanged until Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.W) tasked Hazrat Tamim Ibn-e-Khazai (R.A) with reconstructing them.
