Melaka - interest place to visit. - The driver pickup us at the hotel on time. Two hours driving until Melaka and two hours getting back to the hotel. We spent about 3 hours there and it was really interesting. Melaka is an old city very well preserved with a rich history. It is walkable and you can enjoy also a 40 minutes river cruise. It worth the visit.

Melaka Experience - It was a pleasant and informative experience. Nagen was very punctual, friendly and very informative. He explained what to expect from our tour and its timing. We really appreciate his professionalism. Thank you Nagen. As for Melaka, best explored by foot. It's a historical town and information is available everywhere you walk. We thoroughly enjoyed learning about the history of the place. There are also plenty of options for food and shopping. You can either turn it into a historical, shopping or gastronomical experience.

Disappointing experience - The driver was 20 minutes late (even though the agency Riyas Travel said he was already waiting at the hotel). He also wasn’t the English-speaking professional promised in the description. Thankfully we had done our own research into Malacca. We understood the driver wasn’t a tour guide but expected a level of fluency in English to be able to communicate where we were going, what it was that we were seeing and timings. I wouldn’t recommend this trip.

A true overpriced nightmare experience. - One of the worst tours I’ve ever experienced. The driver was 15 minutes late, lacked personality, did not introduce himself at anytime, and after the 4th stop announced he was taking us back to the hotel. The driver did a drive-by for most of the items on the itinerary and did not even point them out until he was asked about them after he announced that he was taking us back to the hotel. Don’t waste your time or money.
