Excellent sightseeing trip - Excellent trip saw everything we wanted to and more. Our driver, Joseph, was very knowledgeable and passionate about his home island. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant dream tours (Malta & Gozo) - On our recent visit to Malta (Dec 2024) we used My Dream Malta for 2 private tours; half day Malta Sightseeing and a full day Gozo tour.
From the first contact with Chris, enquiring about a tour to booking both tours, was extremely efficient, professional and courteous. Chris kept us constantly updated and answered any questions promptly. I rate the customer service a 10/10.
On our half day sightseeing of Malta Carmen was our tour guide. She was fantastic, informative and patient considering we were a large group of varied ages from kids, teenagers and adults.
Josette was our guide for the day in Gozo. Her knowledge and how this was shared was brilliant. Again, she was patient with our group.
We had two wonderful drivers, Joseph and Gerard, for both days. They were punctual, drove safely but more importantly were also patient. On our way back from Gozo, they drove us for a scenic view of Popeye village - thoughtful and considerate.
The whole experience with My Dream Malta was first rate with excellent and consistent customer service. l would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Malta and wishing to go on a tour.

Great - I had a great day experience with Gerald very friendly and knowledgeable about the island. I had ample time on my own to explore take photos and stopped for coffee, a must if you’re visiting

Best way to maximize your sightseeing! - This was a great way to ensure that we made the most of our limited time in Malta. Jean was AWESOME!!!!! I highly recommend the 8 hours so you can see as much as possible!

Friendly and efficient and cost effective - Our driver Gabriel was really fantastic. So knowledgeable and obliging. Best way to see a place in a short time and less expensive than cruise ship tours. We saw what we wanted without the crowds. Will definitely do this again

Driver was an hour late... - Driver was an hour late and we had to chase to find out what was happening. This resulted in a shorter trip as everything was closing down.
Driver was very nice and knowledgeable and tried to give us a good experience but at times we were uncertain where we were going.

Do NOT book with this company. - Do NOT book with this company. The driver was over an hour late with no notice. We had to call. The excuses kept changing. Driver was on his phone 95% of time. Didn’t tell us anything about surroundings. In middle of tour driver dropped us off and didn’t come back for 1.5 hours. After 1 hour we started texting. He didn’t respond. Horrible customer service. When we complained the company offered 25% discount. Was not enough to compensate for missing several attractions on only day in Malta. Do not book with this company

We texted we wanted to leave after 1 hour. No response. Do not book this! After we let the company know our dissatisfaction they offered to compensate us with 25% discount. That is not adequate for a ruined day of missing a lot of attractions on our only day in Malta.

Misrepresentation! - This excursion was 335 Euros and was supposed to be a guided tour. Our guide literally had No knowledge of the area. We would have been much better off on a Hop On Hop Off bus with pre recorded audio. She was pleasant and on time but NOT helpful and dropped us off a half hour early ! We left Medina and asked if we could ride through Rabat and she told us she had already turned and there was just a church there. Usually Viator has fantastic guides and excursions, this one definitely was NOT!
