• Mgarr Harbour - Upon arriving at Mġarr Harbour, the main port of Gozo, guests will embark on a thrilling adventure around the stunning island of Gozo in one of our 4WD buggies. Each buggy is driven by one of our skilled drivers, who will provide insightful commentary and information throughout the journey.
• Ghajnsielem Parish Church - The Parish Church of Our Lady of Loreto, a Roman Catholic neo-gothic church, is located in the village of Għajnsielem. Its foundation stone was laid on September 14, 1924, but the church was not completed until the mid-1970s due to several interruptions, primarily during WWII.
• Belle Vedere - From the Qala Belvedere and the small courtyard in front of the “Il-Madonna Tal-Blat” (Saint Mary of the Rocks) church, visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of Comino, Cominotto, and the Blue Lagoon. This church faces Comino, and legend suggests it was built so that the island’s residents could follow Holy Mass from afar when the weather was too rough for a priest to cross.
• Daħlet Qorrot - Daħlet Qorrot is a quaint inlet nestled between Gozo’s northern cliffs, near the village of Nadur. It features a small pebbly beach, a quayside, and rocks on either side of the bay. Local fishermen use the cove, having converted some caves at the cliff base into boathouses and storage for their fishing gear. They can often be seen mending nets or repairing their colorful boats.
• Calypso Cave - Located on the western side of Ramla Bay in Xagħra, Calypso’s Cave is a natural cave overlooking the beautiful red sands of Gozo’s finest beach. It is believed to be the cave mentioned by Homer in the Odyssey, where the nymph Calypso kept Odysseus as a “prisoner of love” for seven years.
• Ramla Bay - Known locally as “Ir-Ramla l-Ħamra” (red sands), Ramla Bay is a bay with a beach of reddish sand. Situated on the island’s northeast coast, between Marsalforn and San Blas bays, it is celebrated as one of the most stunning bays in the Maltese archipelago.
• Ta’ Kola Windmill - Ta’ Kola Windmill is a unique relic of Gozo’s breadmaking history, one of the few surviving windmills from the Knights’ period in the Maltese Islands. This 200-year-old building is a testament to the challenging lives of our ancestors, serving as a focal point for village life by providing flour for bread, a staple food at the time.
• Ggantija Archaeological Park - The megalithic temples of Ġgantija have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1980. Alongside the Ta’ Ħaġrat and Skorba Temples in Malta, this extraordinary archaeological site dates back to around 3600–2500 BC. The Ġgantija temples are considered the second oldest free-standing structures in the world, only preceded by Göbekli Tepe in Turkey, and pre-dating Stonehenge and the Egyptian Pyramids by about 1000 years. The name “Ġgantija” comes from the Maltese word for giant (“Ġgant”), as it was believed giants built the site. This myth is understandable given the massive limestone blocks, over five meters long and weighing more than 50 tonnes.

The entrance fee to the Ġgantija temples is not included in your package price; you will have free time to visit the temples if you wish.

• Rotunda St. John Baptist Church - Constructed between 1952 and 1979, this is one of Gozo’s most iconic places of worship. Known as the Rotunda of Xewkija, this impressive church features the third highest unsupported dome in the world.
• The Citadel - At the heart of Gozo’s capital city lies the majestic mediaeval fortress known as “Iċ-Ċittadella” (The Citadel). With its distinctive skyline and imposing military architecture, this ancient fortified structure is Gozo’s major landmark, visible from all over the island.

The area has been inhabited since the Bronze Age, and the site now occupied by The Citadel is believed to have been the acropolis of the Punic-Roman city of Gaulos, or Glauconis Civitas. During the mediaeval period, the acropolis was converted into a castle, serving as a refuge for Gozo’s population. By the 15th century, a suburb developed outside its walls, forming the historic core of Victoria.

• Knight’s Wash House - Built in the 16th century by the Knights of St. John, these well-preserved public washhouses are carved into a cliff near a natural spring. Featuring a simple irrigation system, they continue to provide clean water and are still used by locals for laundry.
• Xlendi Bay - Xlendi is one of Gozo’s most charming and renowned locations. It is a delightful coastal town with a beautiful small bay surrounded by picturesque cliffs.
• Inland Sea - Dwejra Bay is also famous for its Inland Sea, a small bay surrounded by high cliffs and connected by a remarkable 65-meter-long natural tunnel that opens into the open sea. This fascinating natural formation is awe-inspiring and leaves a lasting impression. Weather permitting, visitors can take a short boat trip through the narrow tunnel and its surrounding area. This boat trip is available for a small fee payable on location (not included in your package price).
• Ta’ Pinu National Shrine - Heading west on the outskirts of Għarb village, we stop at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Blessed Virgin of Ta’ Pinu, commonly known as “Il-Knisja tal-Mirakli” (The Miracle Church) or simply “Ta’ Pinu”. This spectacular basilica is one of Gozo’s most iconic landmarks. While the building, its interior, and surroundings are beautiful, the stories surrounding the church are the most captivating.

Within the shrine, walls are covered in letters, crutches, damaged helmets, and more, offered as testimony by people who believe they were blessed with a miracle by the grace of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Ta’ Pinu.

• Dwejra Bay - Located on Gozo’s western shore, this area is a geological and ecological haven. The surroundings blend geology, landscape, fauna, habitats, shorelines, seascapes, archaeology, flora, and history, making a visit to this site an unforgettable experience.
• Ta’ Ġurdan Lighthouse - “Ta’ Ġordan” Lighthouse is an active lighthouse situated on a hill above the village of Għasri on Gozo’s northern coast.
• Xwejni Salt Pans - Heading north, enjoy a scenic route through the countryside leading to the Xwejni Salt Pans along Gozo’s northern coast.

The salt pans are a captivating landmark of great importance, preserving an ancient trade and skill while harvesting one of Gozo’s vital natural resources. Xwejni’s salt pans, with their chequerboard pattern and shimmering reflective pools, are always a dynamic sight. Spanning several kilometers across Gozo’s northern coast, they are divided among three salt farmers.

Salt mining has been a tradition in Malta for centuries, and here you will find large clusters of salt pans. Carved into the rocky coastline, these pans collect seawater during the colder and windier months. As the water evaporates in the sun, the salt remains and is harvested by hand. The harvesting season runs from April to August, with workers busy twice weekly.

• Wied il-Mielah Window - The “Wied il-Mielaħ” Window is a limestone natural arch on Gozo’s north-western coast. This seaside rock formation, resembling a large window, is accessible via a long stairway with a guardrail.
• Marsalforn Bay - Marsalforn Bay is a small bay in northern Gozo, popular for its numerous seaside restaurants and stunning views.

This exclusive buggy tour is the ultimate way to explore and appreciate the true beauty of Gozo. • While driving the default language might be in English, however at each stop customers can approach the driver/tour leader speaking their language for a more thorough explanation.
• The time shown on the website or on your ticket is the approximate start time of the activity and not the time when you will be picked up from your hotel (or closest meeting point). At least a few days before the date of your activity, you need to make sure to contact the tour operator to confirm your pick-up location and pick-up time. Your pick-up time can be anytime between 8:00 AM and 9:15 AM, depending on where you are staying.
• A swim stop at Comino Island is included during high/shoulder season (usually from April till October); do not forget to bring your swimwear. The swim stop is subject to weather and sea conditions.
• The itinerary or programme is subject to change without prior notice, depending on weather conditions, restrictions, unforeseen circumstances, or other operational constraints.
• The entrance fee to the temples of Ġgantija is not included in the price of your package; if you wish to visit the temples, you will have some free time to do so. Please refer to exclusions section for the cost of the ticket; however, please note that the fee can change without prior notice.
• The return journey to Malta will be done on one of our boats, passing by the beautiful island of Comino and catching glimpses of the famous Blue Lagoon, Crystal Lagoon, and the Sea Caves (the boat transfer is always subject to weather conditions and other operational considerations; in the event that this is not feasible, the return trip will be done by using the communal Gozo Channel ferry).
• The boat trip at Dwejra Bay is not included in the price of your package; the boat trip is optional (to be paid on location) and can only be done subject to favourable weather conditions. Please refer to exclusions section for the cost of the ticket; however, please note that the fee can change without prior notice.
• Buggies can carry a maximum of 5 passengers per buggy.
• Foldable strollers are allowed during the tour.

• If the tour is cancelled due to poor weather conditions, you will be offered to reschedule your activity on a different date; if you cannot reschedule, a full refund will be given.
