Lost-found T- shirt in Malta - We had 2 tours -with Iseemalta- in Malta We took the North and the Red hop on and hop off tours. I left my boyfriend T-shirt on the bus today. I asked James- a smiley guy with beard,who checks the tickets- if he can help me to find it. He was such a nice guy he called the driver, Syed right away. Syed was so helpful too that he was looking for my T- shirt and he found it on the top side of the bus . In a bus stop I waited for the bus driven by Syed and he gave it to me. Thanks again James and Syed❤️❤️. You are great.❤️🩵 We had 2 nice trip during our stay . If you come Malta choose " IseeMalta" bus tours. Everybody was very nice and helpful.Thank youuuu🙏❣️❤️🩵💙

Thank you David! - A big thank you to David who runs the agency I SEE MALTA of SAN PAWL (around the corner from the small port) who welcomed us warmly and gave the best advice and always with a smile and a joke. We did the tours and visit the port by boat (really nice). Excellent experience.

Top organized company - This bundle of bus and boat travel is highly recommended. Everything is very well organized and the times are kept on time. You are driven to the most beautiful places by a motivated staff who seem to enjoy their work. Great!

Disappointed in bus tour... sea tour enjoyable - We have just been to Malta for a week.. We booked the see malta bus and boat tour pass. We were disappointed in the bus tour as commentary is very limited and lacking. Also apart from taking you to two drop off points In valetta you don't really see the city on the bus tour. On our 2nd day we did the boat tour... which we did enjoy very much. Re costs we were charged €50 pp for the 48hr pass inc boat tour. You can get cheaper tours from local agents on the sea front which we wished we had done and saved 15 euros pp. My tip. Don't book thru agent in hotel

Not a great experience - My review covers tours to the north of Malta and the south, which were done on different days. We’ve done open top bus tours all over the world, so we know what standard to expect. Unfortunately this wasn’t one of the better tours. Our biggest issues were the quality of the audio guide, punctuality and passenger comfort. The audio guide was clear, but very sparse with large gaps between each description. There were also sections that were repeated on both tours which meant the real content was even less. This is apart from where both tours share some of the same route, which was made clear in advance in the brochure. I guess the biggest issue here was timing as the audio guide was not matched to where we were on the tour, so we couldn’t see what was being described. It often arrived a few minutes later, or the item of interest had already passed. This happened on both days, and on both days there seemed to be little attempt at keeping to a time schedule, apart from skipping some stops during the tour of the north of the island. On both days the weather was fine, a bit windy but dry, and while the seats looked dry during the tour of the south they were actually soaking wet. This meant everyone sat in cold water and left the bus looking like they had wet themselves! Not a good look for the rest of your day. I was going to give a lower score but including the harbour cruise in the ticket price improves the value for money.

Do not use this firm - We arrived in malta for a xmas holiday staying at the St Antonio Hotel ( a review to follow ) and in the reception area is a stand for isee malta ,so we booked the 48 hour hop on hop off tour with a free harbour trip. Due to the weather the harbour trip we didn't do,although we pushed on with the bus trip we ended up towards moster dome and mdina by this time it was getting g dark as we headed back because we were on the top deck we could see cars flashing our bus when to turned off his high beams he had no lights the bus was full men women children it was quite an experience. I reported this to the desk at my hotel and ask to cancel my other trip with concerns for safety I was told they would look into it . Three days later I was told there's nothing wrong with the lights so I show them the video pointing out how dark it was ,but no they say its fine. I didn't get a refund even if I did they have a 15 day refund so you will have left by the time they decide to give you your money back. I wish I had checked out trip advisor first they have a bad rep on here as well as on the island. Do not book with these people.

Not good value. - Not worth the price of the ticket. The public bus service in Malta is excellent and runs frequently until late, though it can be crowded. It's cheap. The main issue is the traffic jams, which obviously affect all buses. The commentary on the hop on hop off is useful but the buses are noisy old diesel and can also be crowded. The drivers we encountered were less friendly and helpful than those on public transport. And given the limited timetable, there's not much time to hop on and hop off!

Bad business - We did the both routes, North and South the audio system did not work at all. And when we told about it, the only answar was - ”try another bus”.

Dont Waste your Money and please dont use this company - Myself, my wife and two adults kids decided to do a two day tour of the island of Malta, the first day tour the north route and tomorrow tour the south route. We purchased the tickets for €200 and was happy to start with. We got off in Valetta and said that we would take the 14.52 bus back on our tour, the driver asked where we were eventually heading for and we said that our end journey would be DB Seabank Hotel in Melliha, he said the next bus behind us which is 5 minutes away would take an hour to get back whereas his bus would be two hours, we took the drivers advice and was totally misled, we waited a further 50 minutes and nothing turned up. I emailed a lady named Ruth in ISeeMalta asking for a refund for tomorrows south tour and was told there are no refunds as per the terms and conditions we were not given. This is a lot of money to waste, it is hop off and dont get back on with this company. We had to get a taxi back from Valetta to Melliha that cost €35.

do not waste your money - A disgrace. Do not use. Total waste of money. Commentary was pitiful. Stank of diesel. Get a taxi instead and ask your taxi driver for the history. Will save you a fortune
