Discover Manaus, the primary gateway to the Amazon rainforest, a city nestled in the heart of the jungle with a fascinating and rich history. This half-day tour offers insights into the rubber boom era, a significant economic period for the Amazon. You’ll also explore some of the treasures from that prosperous time when Manaus was known as the Little Paris of the Tropics. An experienced and knowledgeable tour guide will lead the way. Tours are available both in the morning and afternoon, with sightseeing tours exclusively on Mondays.

City tour of Manaus - Our guide was knowledgeable, spoke very good English, and was considerate and friendly. I sincerely recommend him. Your show does the magnificent building of there Amazon Oprah. As well as deport and the market markets.

Minaus tour with Kemel - We had a private city tour with Kemal who was amazing. He spoke perfect English and was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun to be with. He drove us around in his air conditioned car and stopped to explore many local points of interest. The palace was beautiful and the opera house was amazing.

A great opportunity - Our guide provided us with a wonderful opportunity to see and learn more about Manaus. He had thoughtful answers to our questions and allowed all of this to move along at a pace that suited us. We could not have been more pleased with this tour

Great tour! - Great tour! He was informative and really made sure we saw as much as possible in the time we had. Rodolpho knew the history and really showed us the best of his city. At the market he showed us many things we found interesting and was generally just so aware of what we wanted to see. It was just a delightful tour.

Perfectly tailored and fully enjoyed - First: everything ran smoothly from initial booking to actually meeting up at the cruise terminal. Rodolpho had a very comfortable vehicle in excellent condition (good AC, too!) The tour had a generic itinerary on the website and first order of business was to discuss a plan based on our physical capacities and interests. His 25 years as a professional guide showed as he readily formed a new plan. Roldolfo remains deeply knowledgeable and passionate about his city, state, and country --never sounding bored or jaded as he shared information he's done hundreds of times before. When we showed extra interest in a particular aspect of life in Manaus, he readily adapted to go out of the main areas so we could learn more. Conversation flowed freely about many topics as he drove us around with great skill and calmness. He was always checking to make sure we were comfortable, did drop offs/pick ups with as little walking for us as possible, etc. Rodolfo was a wonderful, effective host/guide. You will have a great day in Manaus with him at your side no matter what you choose to see.

Mirante, theater, black tip - Manaus is a city that is quite hot, but it has great places to know the tasty cuisine. I didn't have much time, but I liked seeing the theater, the mirante. On the tip of Negra lack options of good restaurants to leave the place more attractive to tourism.

Disappointment on tour - We booked a 4-hour tour, with tickets to the theatre and the museum of the Amazon. The tour ended in less than 2 and a half hours and the guide said it would not take us to the museum because this was not planned on the tour. Anyway, we paid far more than we were provided!
