Manavagat Green Lake mix tour - We picked this tour partly to see Seleukia ancient ruins but we weren't taken there and when I asked guide why, they said they have been closed all year as they are excavating new finds. This was never mentioned at any time and is still in the itinerary advert. We only found out because I asked. Instead we were told we would be going to a zoo Manavgat Animal Park. It has the worst conditions of any we've been to anywhere in the world. Most animals looked ill or uncared for and lion cubs looked drugged so people could have photos holding them. Cages were too small or not suitable as most had concrete floors and no natural enrichment. My 15 year old autistic son who has done zookeeper courses in numerous zoos and wants to work with animals said he couldn't stand it any longer and we had to leave after about 20 minutes. I know different countries have different standards and regulations but everyone we spoke to on the trip said how distressing it was seeing the state of all the animals and how upsetting it was for them and especially their children. If Seleukia ruins are closed all year like we were told, the advert needs updating as do all the others advertising they visit Seleukia. I would also suggest they do not support the animal cruelty at the zoo by not including this and choosing somewhere else to take customers instead. Overall we enjoyed the rest of the tour but would not go again whilst you still support a zoo that doesn't put their animals welfare first.

Mediocre, indirect support of bad businesses, go visit Green lake with different company t - The organiser is Prestige group. The boat trip on the Green lake was nice, but I specificaly chose this trip as it clearly says (or it was saying in the time of bookiung) that the itinirary includes visit of Seleukia (Lybre) ruins, which we liked as we wanted to see more inland and mountains and this was a nice combination. However, the program was completely different, change was not communicated, and instead we were driven to a badly maintained zoo with exploited neglected lions, something called "The Lion Farm". Entrance was additional 5eur. We did not go, but from what we saw and experiences of other visitors, we got the picture. This trip with the Prestige group was cheap, but I advise to select a different Green Lake trip. Description of this trip is not accurate and you are kinbd of supporting unethical businesses with this one.

Good destinations but poor delivery. - The itinerary was as stated but the order changed with no explanation. The transport was not good; no seat belts and the air conditioning was rolling back the roof of the coach. The guide was pleasant, but gave very little information. He did not give necessary timings or processes when we arrived at the destination. It was clear that people had paid very different prices for the same experience. The Viator price was very good but if the trip had been booked with a holiday company, it was extortionate.

Failed without cancellation - Unfortunately we were not picked up and learned in the village that this excursion would never take place on Tuesdays and the sights are closed at the moment. Poor customer service!!!
