From this vantage point, there is an opportunity to view four of the world’s five highest peaks, including Everest, weather permitting. Enjoy a delicious lunch featuring local cuisine before commencing a mostly downhill hike of around 10km to Chitrey, passing through Buddhist Sherpa villages, forest paths, and stunning valleys. A small Buddhist Monastery is also available for a visit before meeting the car for the return trip to Darjeeling.
