Hop aboard the Safari truck, buckle up, and prepare for the Around the Island Safari Truck Tour! The tour guide will lead you through historical landmarks, celebrity neighborhoods, and impressive mansions. There will be stops to explore an ancient Indian shell mound and discuss the Native Americans who once inhabited the area. Discover how Marco Island evolved into a tourist hotspot and was developed in the 1960s. And don’t forget the wildlife! Keep an eye out for burrowing owls, gopher tortoises, green iguanas, birds of prey, and possibly even dolphins. This exciting sightseeing tour lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.
