Wonderful experience, Highly recommend - Leonard Mendonca was very responsive to all my questions and made the transactions / payments very easy. He was able to accommodate my request to skip the dune bashing and make arrangements for a private driver and also offered me to upgrade to a dune buggy vs the ATV.
Our driver, Zaman picked is up exactly on time and was so very friendly and made the entire experience extremely enjoyable.
The hot air balloon ride was very peaceful and our pilot was very good to ensure he navigated the balloon so everyone could see the sunrise. He also offered to take photos of us on the balloon which was an added bonus.
The falcon experience was very cool and we were all able to pet the falcon and have him sit on our arm.
Once we landed, the staff was very nice to offer to take photos of the passengers in front of the balloon.
Zaman then took us to our breakfast buffet which was very delicious. At the same place we were offered a ride on the camel and a horse. It was a very quick ride but was still nice to experience it. The camels were ridden in tandem and one of the camels started getting up before my husband was even on it. Luckily he was able to hold on and pull himself up so that was kind of scary.
We then drove over to where we did the dune buggying. Highly recommend you upgrade to a dune buggy instead of the ATV. We had a fantastic experience and my husband loved it. You are more stable and can go faster in the dune buggy. The only thing that could have been done better was that they should offer complimentary goggles for everyone since it is a safety hazard if you don't have protective eye gear. Our sunglasses offered enough protection but I think that as a extra safety precaution they should include goggles in the price.
I brought tip money, I don't think it was expected but I felt I needed to tip every individual which was more than I expected to spend but I'm sure it was appreciative.

Best experience in Dubai! - A very well organized tour with experienced captain, well-trained falcon and amazing views; would absolutely recommend to anyone going to Dubai! Great value for the price that includes adventurous dune bashing with a great driver, camel and horse rides at a stable that cares for its animals, hot and diverse breakfast, and fantastic quad bike ride! Great way to spend 5-6 hours and have a lifetime of enjoyment!

A surreal, unforgettable hot air balloon experience ! - My brother and I were picked up at exactly 5:10am by our driver, just as agreed. We enjoyed a peaceful drive to the hot air balloon launch site, and the entire experience that followed was unique, surreal, and truly unforgettable.
Breakfast was an absolute feast fit for royalty — generous portions of smoked salmon, soft scrambled eggs, assorted pastries, sausages, pancakes, a fresh fruit platter, Greek salad, wraps, yoghurt, custard, plus endless coffee and tea. We honestly couldn’t finish it!
Afterwards, we enjoyed both a horse ride and a camel ride before being driven back to our hotel, arriving around 10am. The whole activity took roughly five hours from start to finish.
Special mention to Leo, Abdullah, and Shakir for their exceptional care and attention in making sure we had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!

Memorable experience - We booked the tour directly with the company and had a great time. Their services are really good and on time from Reservations to operations. We opted for the adventure Package where the kids enjoyed the short camel and horse ride in the camp. The breakfast was also very delicious. Also we upgraded our tour to the buggy which was all together a different experience for us.

Absolutely Magical !!! - For a once-in-a-lifetime experience in Dubai, hot air ballooning is an absolute must.
The Hot Air Balloon UAE team was professional, warm, and passionate about what they do. As the balloon inflated and gently rose into the sky, the view that unfolded was simply breathtaking
What made it even more special was watching the sun rise.
Mr Safdar, our driver was perfect in timings and so polite too and a special thanks to Capt Mohammed for all the guidelines.
After the flight, we enjoyed a gourmet breakfast in the camp, which was the perfect ending to an unforgettable morning.
The dune bashing was so funny and we enjoyed the quad bike ride too.
A special thanks to Mr Sulaiman for assisting with our booking and answering all the questions
Tip: Don’t forget your camera coz the photos are unbelievable

Amazing experience ! Highly highly recommend - First of all the Hot Air Balloon was awesome and you get a buffet breakfast which is delicious! The falcon show is amazing you get to hold and touch the falcon. I would definitely for sure recommend this place!! We traveled with kids 9 and 7 years old kids and recommend for families ! I would also like to thank Leo who was super helpful answering questions & taking care of all logistics 🎉🎉🎉

Best Hot Air Balloon in Dubai - This was the second Hot Air Balloon i've done in Dubai but the first with this company and it was better than the first company I booked.
Jamal who organised our transfers was amazing, turned up on time, made sure we got an early morning break before starting, ensure we had fun at the breakfast and even took amazing vidoes and pictures of us.
On the Hot Air Balloon we have Mohamed Youssef, who's pilot skills were amazing, he highlighted key locations below and even navigated closer to the ground for key sights so we could take content. He engaged with us all and took pictures and videos which he shared with us.
On the Hot Air Balloon we were treated to a Falcon Show Mid-Air, never seen this before and was a real treat to behold.
I would recommend this and will book this tour operator again.
