Very correct and gentile staff - Very correct "tour agency"... they did their best to enjoy us during our private tiur. The other day the weather was "BAD" and they give us a full refund immeditely by card.

Only way to see Amalfi - Amazing!!!! Captains made it fun and knew all the best places to take us!!! Favorite part of our trip. Gorgeous views from the boat!

Extraordinary experience! - We took a boat tour along the Amalfi Coast, and it was simply perfect! Our captain, Raffaele, was kind and knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts about the places we visited while guiding us through breathtaking scenery. We stopped for swims in crystal-clear waters and explored hidden caves, fully enjoying the beauty of the coast in total relaxation. An unmissable experience for anyone wanting to discover the Amalfi Coast from a unique perspective. Highly recommended!

Favorite private boat experience. - We had the most amazing experience with Raffael as the captain of our private boat tour to Amalfi and Positano. Raffael and assistant Claudia were courteous and helpful and throughout the day gave us an extensive history of the coast line and all its beauty plus stopped at several viewing and swimming spots. They adjusted the entire 8 hour itinerary to accommodate our interests and made sure we had plenty of stops to swim and snorkel in between stopping on land at our chosen destinations. We have been on several private boat tours and Captain Rafael and Claudia provided the greatest experience we have ever had. We highly recommend the talented Captain Rafael for a personalized perfect day at sea.

Amalfi/Capri boat day - Amalfi/capri boat day was amazing. Best part of our Italy vacation. Hostess met us at taxi stand and showed us to our boat. Raffaele was our captain and he was amazing. Boat was huge and luxurious. He guided us along at all the must see spots. Can’t recommend higher!!

Amalfi coast tour - We booked the tour of the Amalfi coast and it was the highlight of our trip. We were able to visit Amalfi, Positano and had the chance to swim. Our Skipper Paulo was awesome and accommodating since we had our elderly mother, our 5 year old and 16 month old. The kids loved it and it was a nice relaxing way to experience the Amalfi coast.

Good experience - Good communication, captain, and overall experience. We had one small issue but they made it right which is what matters.

Not what they appear - avoid at all costs! - I cannot express what a disgraceful company this is. We come to Italy and the Amalfi every summer and have done boats every year. I had a few friends join us and we're looking to budget therefore I went with this company against my better judgement instead of the one that I always use hoping that they would be a great experience. Not only did they not deliver what they said they would on the boat they were extremely arrogant and rude when our concerns were brought to their attention RIGHT AWAY on what's app while on the "tour". There was no tour. The skipper said maximum five sentences to us by pointing out on one occasion the white grotto, the green Grotto and the Blue Grotto which all along was closed but was trying to pretend that he did not know. When we asked to swim in certain locations he would say no. On another occasion he shared that one Villa was 50,000 Euros to rent tonight and that was the extent of the knowledge he shared over the course of an 8-hour day on a boat. There was only water and Coca-Cola on the boat and when our young kids did not want to drink the coke he got very upset and rude asking why they weren't finishing the drink. They promise to have fruit on board and they did not and after we docked in Capri suddenly there was a little foil container that the skipper was enjoying fruit out of. He then proceeded to throw the fruit in the sea so fish would come and then the owners decided to claim that we wasted fruit in the sea. The skipper spent the entire time texting on WhatsApp and did not watch to see if we were safe in the water whatsoever. The boat was old and dirty. When we ask for towels he was put out. We constantly were in contact on WhatsApp with the company with how upset we were. They continued to say "madam...you are exaggerating ". Further- they took payment immediately in full- which has never happened to me ever with any Boston company or tour. Most will take a deposit to secure your reservation and then you pay at the end in full. This should have been a red flag to me but I was too trusting and proceeded. The boats radio was broken therefore we sailed in silence for 8 hours while watching the other boats around us enjoying Italian and festive music driving by. I had a Sunset Cruise booked with this company in the next day and canceled to which the owners told me that they would call the police on me because I'm canceling last minute. I 100% canceled and also asked to be partially refunded for our horrible experience to which they told me I was threatening them and they were going to call the police on me. I cannot express enough to NOT USE this company. We met a couple at our hotel from Florida who also use them and said they were absolutely terrible and when you dig deeper into reviews stuff is revealed about this company. When I would ask the skipper if we can go to the blue grotto ( as it's best to go when the tide is lower and in the morning) He barked at me and told me "how many times do I have to tell you what our plan is for today?". The reason I was asking is because I knew he was lying as I've been to The Grotto dozens of times and know that you need at least one hour there to get in the queue to get into the grotto off tour boat. He knew the entire time that it was closed due to a high tide but continued to be dishonest. As dis the company. We heard at our hotel that the Toronto was closed for over a week and I reached out to the company and asked if that was true and they lied and said no. Yesterday we took kayaks out and the gentleman also confirmed that he would not know why anyone would say the Grotto's were open as they have been closed due to a very high tide. The kicker and all of this is I can speak and understand Italian completely and at one point the skipper, named Giovanni, started to swear about me and my friends in Italian. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I let Sorrento see tours know that I have photos and videos of our awful experience. They have refused to do anything to compensate for the terrible experience. Should you want to use a boating company that is fantastic please contact me and I will let any of you out there know the people to use. Again, I cannot stress enough to avoid this company completely. The skipper also did not give us any indication of where life jackets were but wanted us to write on paper our names and our birthdays. His name was Giovanni.

Go elsewhere for a tour. - Terrible customer service! We booked a tour departing at 9am, as per the tickets we arrived at 8:40am after walking for 20+ minutes to get there. We waited with no sign of the tour so tried calling - no answer. At 8:56am, 4 MINUTES BEFORE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE I receive a text message telling me the tour has been cancelled. The weather was cold given the time of year and it was very, very lightly spitting with rain but nothing heavy or set in, it was the typical miserable morning weather we had experienced every day prior which would usually burn off by 10:30am. Alas they called it a rain cancellation and that was that, I suspect they actually had another couple on the tour cancel and therefore decided it wasn't worth their while. After chasing them a few times for the refund of my deposit and finally receiving it I thought it was all finished but no, despite cancelling the tour they decided to charge the full remaining balance to my card anyway, thankfully reconciling my card I noticed the charges and was able to chase them for this payment also. Find another provider, I was suckered in with their website and hadn't seen their reviews, after reading them I'm not surprised we had the service we did.
