• I Faraglioni - Passby: Faraglioni, Capri, Island of Capri

Selfies and relaxation are the perfect ways to enjoy the Faraglioni rocks, the three spurs that rise majestically from the sea on the island’s southern side. Each rock has its own name: the first, still connected to the land, is called Stella; the second is Faraglione Di Mezzo (the one in the middle); and the third is Faraglione Di Fuori or Scòpolo, meaning the head stretching into the sea.

• White Grotta - Stop at: White Grotto, Capri, Island of Capri

The White Grotto, known as “Grotta Bianca” in Italian, is one of several picturesque caves along the rugged coastline on the island’s eastern side. It is named for the calcareous material that coats its walls. White stalactites hang from the high cave’s ceiling. The reflection of the caves and sunlight creates an incredible turquoise color in the water.

Visitors can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, or snorkeling, with the option to explore the grotto.

• Green Grotta - The Green Grotto is one of a series of stunning caves around Capri.

Locally known as the “Grotta Verde,” the water around the cave emits a beautiful green hue, an effect created by the reflection of light. This is an excellent choice for swimming.

• Marina Piccola - Stop at: Marina Piccola, Island of Capri

A charming little bay with stunning shades of blue and turquoise shallow waters, making it an ideal swimming spot. There are numerous swimming and snorkeling options. Marina Piccola boasts an excellent selection of restaurants.

• Villa Malaparte - Casa Malaparte (also Villa Malaparte) is a house on Punta Massullo, on the eastern side of the Isle of Capri, Italy. It is one of the finest examples of Italian modern and contemporary architecture.

Casa Malaparte is a red masonry box with reverse pyramidal stairs leading to the roof patio. On the roof is a freestanding curving white wall of increasing height. It sits on a dramatic cliff 32 meters above the sea, overlooking the Gulf of Salerno. Casa Malaparte’s interior and exterior (particularly the rooftop patio) are prominently featured in Jean-Luc Godard’s 1963 film, Contempt (Le Mépris).

• Punta Carena Lighthouse - Passby: Punta Carèna Lighthouse, Anacapri, Island of Capri.

The Lighthouse of Punta Carèna dominates the southwestern side of the island. Known as “Fàro” in Italian, it was constructed in 1866 and is the second tallest lighthouse in Italy, after Genova. Behind it looms the precipice of “La Mìgliera,” lined with defense walls built by the British at the start of the 1900s. It is caressed by crystal-clear waters and bathed in sunlight all day long.

• Blue Grotto - Stop at: Blue Grotto, Anacapri, Island of Capri

The Blue Grotto, “Grotta Azzùrra” in Italian, is a sea cave on Capri’s coast. Sunlight passing through an underwater cavity creates a unique blue reflection that illuminates the cave. During Roman times, the grotto served as Emperor Tiberius’s personal swimming hole.

Visitors can enter it on small boats provided by local personnel. Access ticket: €14.00 per person, not included in the tour price.
