Good value hamam - Superb activity for a cloudy October afternoon in Kos. We appreciated that we had round trip transportation from our hotel. This was prompt and friendly. Our experience was excellent and we have done many hamams in different locations. Price was €85 each for Artemis package. We did not feel rushed at all and the quality of the facilities, scrub, foam and aromatherapy ( actually just plain oil) massage were good. The outdoor relaxation area is grubby but we did not have time to use it. We felt clean and relaxed if slightly oily at the end.

5 🌟 - From booking to the pick up and being driven back to my hotel i had a great experience , the staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt I was in good hands . My real favourite part was laying on the warm mabel bed and being washed down. It was the best .

Low expectations, surprising activity - I went with little expectation and was surprised. The feel of the Hamam is fantastic although brief, the bubbles, the marble room, and the friendliness of the staff. Even the extra massage section we took was fine, very very relaxing, although gentle, not deep muscle massage as promised. All the staff were friendly, nice facilities and reasonable price. If I added the Availability (in covers) of water bottles, especially since you pay €100 and the bottle is worth €0.50, it would cost nothing to have them available. 100% recommended.

A family of three and the amazing day. - We have a 9 year old we’re certain has ADHD - everything has to be physical for them to enjoy it. With that context I write this review… What a wonderful place. We paid the standard admission and upgraded to mud bath and massages upon arrival and lord above it was delightful. We started with a shower then into the sauna - the 9 year old nopped out quickly but I as the father with heat tolerance had a lovely 5 minutes. We then went to be smothered in mud and dried in the sun. The Greek landscape is all around us and is just a treat to eat up at 3pm. From there we washed and went into the marble room where three ladies bathed, massaged, and ultimately washed us clean of any stress. Again, utterly delightful. From there we went into our massage rooms. A gentleman with hands of steel completed my deep tissue massage and I’ve felt submissive ever since. After that we hopped to the bar and enjoyed a lovely mojito and a mocktail for the child. I would have easily expected the treatments we received to be double the cost (at least) in the UK. An absolute must for those that wish to relax and have a wonderful afternoon in a beautiful setting. Don’t miss this gem.

Wonderful relaxing experience - Lovely 4 hours spent on the troy package of hamam, massage and reflexology. Joanna was an excellent host and we enjoyed the mud bath experience she suggested. Angela did a wonderful massage and the scrub and hamam experience left our skin silky. Would highly recommend. Included transfers from the hotel which was very convenient thank you

An okay experience - Prior to our visit, I had a few phone conversations with a member of the spa team who spoke excellent English and was very helpful in getting us booked in. We appreciated that there was no pressure to commit to treatments over the phone. We were told we could visit the spa and decide on the day. I also inquired about transfers, and he confirmed they were available depending on the treatments booked, as there were four of us in total. The transfer service was punctual, and the driver was friendly. Upon arrival, the spa made a good first impression. It was spacious and featured a lovely water feature. The same gentleman I had spoken to on the phone greeted us and sat down with us to go over the available packages and treatments. My sister and I chose the VIP package, while my parents opted for the Troy package. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several key areas. There were long wait times before and after each treatment, and in total we spent around three to four hours at the spa. One major disappointment was the lack of complimentary water, especially considering the high temperatures of around 32 to 33 degrees Celsius. Water had to be purchased, which felt unreasonable for a spa environment. While cocktails and soft drinks were available, we chose not to buy any. I would recommend bringing your own water if you plan to visit. We started with the Hamam, which was relaxing but only lasted about 15 minutes. My sister and I then went for our massage. Unfortunately, the therapist did not speak English and did not understand when we requested privacy, remaining in the room throughout. The anti-stress massage itself was intense but relaxing. However, the oils used were not fragranced and left an unpleasant smell. We felt the need to shower immediately upon returning to our hotel, as we did not feel refreshed or clean. The facial included in our package was another letdown. There was only one therapist for both my sister and me, and she alternated between us without washing her hands or using gloves, which raised serious hygiene concerns. I strongly suspect the same cotton pads were reused between us. The treatment description promised cleansing, exfoliation, and a relaxing facial massage, but the actual experience consisted of a couple of masks and exfoliants applied and removed rapidly, with each stage lasting no more than a minute. The final facial massage lasted approximately 30 seconds. Overall, the facial lasted about 10 to 15 minutes and felt rushed and unsanitary. The products used were heavily fragranced, which is not ideal for facial skin. My parents’ reflexology treatment, which was advertised as lasting 30 minutes, was over in just 15 minutes. This was another disappointing inconsistency between what was promised and what was delivered. While we were initially excited to visit the spa based on the reviews and the helpful communication beforehand, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Not bad but could be better - Upon arrival we were greeted and given an overview of extra treatments we could purchase if we so wished. The experience felt a little conveyerbelt-esk with the other guests also booked in which took away from the relaxing spa vibe.
