Poor jeep safari marmaris - Made the decision to go this jeep safari while on holiday in marmaris. The pick-up was spot on turned up when they said they would. The jeep safari it’s self is not so good experience and the best part for me was the water fight you do get water guns but you do have pay 200 lira which is cheap but you get the option to use or not. The actual water fight is along a trail constantly getting soaked and completely by other people in a group of jeeps, so bring some clothes that you don’t mind getting wet and is nice cool down in the heat. Then you get driven to a random place to have 45 minutes to buy drinks or food if you need it and also for the guide to come and offer you a photo/video package if you wanted to pay for it. Then you driven in some nice scenery to the next location Jesus beach which is a bay surrounded by boats and yachts, you walk down on to the beach you can walk out into the bay and from a distant to the beach you appear to be walking on water but you better bring some beach shoes because it is very rocky underneath the water. There is a place to buy food/drink there if needed you have 45 minutes there as well. The next stop is the lunch stop in a random restaurant on the way to waterfalls. The food is the usual pasta with sauce but it was on the cold side by the time the food was served on your table and chicken kebab flavoured meat and some bread and a bit of salad there is chance to buy chips for extra 200 lira and drinks you have to pay for. The final stop is the waterfall which is a guided up some steps leading by the stream across some rocks over a small stream but half way across you think is waterfall is not just a photo spot if you paid to have one taken there, but you are told to go further up the path and you get to a waterfall a small one at that and then you go back down the path that leads you back down to the jeep and that was it and then you are driven back to the hotel. My take on the trip it is not worth the money and is poorly guided and also driven to random places along the road side and the waterfall at the end of the trip is not really spectacular just normal. If you want to get cooled down it is great for that otherwise and the scenery you get to drive in but I would save your money and spend elsewhere.
