Highly recommend - We had an amazing experience with our driver Driss throughout the entire trip. The four day itinerary allowed us to see more views and truly enjoy the beauty of the desert, the local Moroccan people. Our driver Driss made us feel very safe throughout our trip (we are two girls traveling). Everyone we encounter is very genuine and would highly recommend the tour and our driver Driss!

The Best Journey - It was my first experience, but it was disappointing. The stars I saw from the desert were amazing. Mr. Moha who drove me was kind too!

AMAZING - We had a great time on our 4 days dessert trip from Marrakech to Fes! Our driver Muhammed Buzga was the best! He is an excellent and safe driver. He does his best to answers all the questions within the group. He was very accommodating and attentive to our needs and questions . He has a great sense of humor that made the journey enjoyable. We loved his choice of music . We highly recommend the luxury package for the better quality hotel . The camel ride was amazing ! The buffet dinner at the camp was delicious! Overall the trip was excellent!

Fantastic tour, stunning landscapes, well organised and super smooth - The experience was fantastic, really interesting and varied. It allowed us to discover multiple aspects and landscapes of this beautiful country, which were stunning. The extra day in the Merzouga area (the third day) is deliberately less intense than the other days and gave us the opportunity to see the "black" desert and have a full day in the desert at a smoother pace. The tour did not follow exactly the itinerary provided in the programme - this was not an issue and overall the tour was fully worth. The food in touristic restaurants was not always great but the accommodations were very nice and better than expected (particularly in the desert). The drivers were really great - a particular thank to Idris from Fez ("Driss"), a truly nice guy. PS. Note that the group of people you start with may change - we travelled with the same group on the first two days, then with new people on the third day, and again new people on our last day. Not a problem though, everybody was really nice.

Extremely Overpriced for What You Actually Get – Disappointing Experience - We booked a 4-day Sahara Desert tour through an online platform for around 325€ per person, expecting a higher-quality experience. Unfortunately, what we actually received was almost identical to what other travelers—who paid only 70–100€ through local agencies in Marrakesh or other platforms—received. We were all placed in the same group vehicle, which was quite worn down, with uncomfortable seats and AC that barely worked during long hours of driving. Despite the huge price difference, there was no difference in transport comfort or experience. The biggest disappointment came in the desert: we stayed in an average desert camp, sharing the exact same accommodation and meals as travelers who had paid a fraction of our price, just different rooms. Everyone had a private room and private bathroom just like us. Any “upgrade” we expected for booking online from the three different options simply did not exist. I fully understand the concept of group tours, but when everything—from the transport to the camp to the food—is the same for everyone, the price difference becomes impossible to justify. We felt misled and extremely overcharged. Recommendation If you’re planning a Sahara tour, wait until you arrive in Marrakesh and book directly with a local agency. You’ll get the same experience for a much more reasonable price. Overall, the tour itself was fine, but the value for money was very poor, and I would not book through this platform again.

Not Worth the Price - I joined this 4-day Sahara Desert tour with high expectations, especially considering we paid 325€ per person through an online platform. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect the price at all. Throughout the trip, we discovered that several other travelers who were part of the exact same group tour had booked through GetYourGuide, Trivago, or local agencies for anywhere between 70€ and 150€. Despite the huge difference in cost, we all received identical services—same vehicle, same meals, same desert camp, same schedule. The minivan was quite worn out, with uncomfortable seats and poor air conditioning, which made the long drives very tiring. For the amount we paid, we expected at least a decent level of comfort in transport. We had booked a standard tour that included private rooms and private bathrooms, yet the camp we stayed in was very basic and also hosted travelers who had paid a fraction of our price. There was no sign of any meaningful difference in accommodation or service level that justified what we paid. While the desert scenery and the experience itself were beautiful, the value for money was extremely disappointing. It’s hard not to feel overcharged when you meet multiple travelers who paid far less for the exact same trip. My honest advice: Do not book this tour through online platforms. Wait until you arrive in Marrakesh or compare prices across different websites—you can get the same experience for much less.
