Excellent tour with amazing guide! - If you’re checking reviews to decide if you should book this tour, the answer is YES! Our tour guide (Tarek) and driver (Naccer) were amazing, and the camel ride and dinner/show were both very fun. Tarek handled everything with efficiency and charm, making sure that everyone was well taken care of; Naccer was a strategic and safe driver who kept us moving quickly towards our destinations. Lots of individualized attention, full of Moroccan warmth and hospitality. The dinner — with roaming musicians during and a fire acrobat afterwards — was much more generous, delicious, and entertaining than I expected, and our group was very friendly as well. I had been a little worried about how the camels (actually dromedaries, we learned from Tarek) would be treated, but they all seemed in excellent health and were well-groomed — a few babies even followed us on the path. The actual camel-riding time is relatively short, maybe 20 min or so, but honestly it was long enough to get a sense of the experience — and doing it right at sundown in such a picturesque location was perfect. The camel guide also took some great photos of me and my husband. After the ride, on the way to dinner, Tarek gave us a little talk about camels vs dromedaries, and also told us more about Moroccan/Berber culture and language. The only thing to note is that the tour runs a bit longer than the listing says (we were picked up at 4:20pm and dropped off at 11:30pm), but the overall quality of the experience and the fantastic guide and driver made us happy for the extra time. This excursion is a great value and a great evening! You should book it without hesitation — and hope that you get Tarek and Naccer as your team!

My parents and I had a... - My parents and I had a lovely time in the desert learning more about Moroccan culture from our guide Tareq. My parents enjoyed their camel ride experience. I got to spend some time with the babies and it looked like they were all well taken care of. The evening ended with a delicious dinner and great show in the desert. Mohamed was our driver and he got us to and from very safely. Would highly recommend.

Great Experience! - We are not tour people but we decided to join the one for the camel ride experience and ended up loving the whole thing! Our guide Tarek and our driver Abdo could not jabe been better. I would reccomend this for anyone!

Enjoyable - This was a good tour hosted by a friendly and engaging host. Our driver was careful and considerate even in demanding traffic. The Aragon oil stop was pleasant. The camel ride was enjoyable. The meal was simple but tasty and the fire show ended on a high. The road to the show was a bit bumpy and the loos were basic. Overall a good time was had by all.

Amazing trip - Amazing trip. I enjoyed everything from the beginning till the end. Imrane was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. The bus also was very comfortable.

well and feels amazing! - I usually hate organized tours, but it would have been difficult to go to Agafay by myself so I booked this tour. I'm very glad I did. The tour itself was really fun. The tour guide (Mohammed) was really nice and spoke great English and French. The guide and other staff actually seemed to enjoy their job, you could ask them questions without feeling like you were annoying them, no one pushed you to buy other things, and they went out of their way to take care of you while still leaving you alone to do your own thing :) I was also impressed how well organized they were. Definitely recommend.

Great excursion, but do wrap up warm! - Overall a good experience, tour guide and driver were entertaining and attentive. Hard drive through the desert, which was a little hairy at times. Camel ride was an experience. They ride them just in the evening for 3 hours. Dinner venue was nice, but very chilly, take more warmth than you think you will need! Food was basic but tasty, service a little rushed, but staff did all they could to please. A bit of dancing and then the fire show, which was about 10mins long. Was a good excursion, but being cold ruined it for us, which was entirely our fault, we took hoodies and long trousers, just not thick enough for the desert breeze.
