Marrakech to Imlil

Marrakech - Begin your adventure by traveling from Marrakesh to Imlil on the first day. Start your trek through the Ait Mizane Valley, passing the village of Aremd and reaching the shrine of Sidi Chamarouch. Follow the mule tracks into the high rocky cliffs, ascending steadily above the snow line until you arrive at the Toukbal Refuge. Enjoy a restful night here.

Mount Toubkal

Imlil - On the second day, take the southern circular route. The climb is not overly strenuous, but the scree and altitude changes can present challenges. However, the stunning views along the way will keep you inspired.

Upon reaching the summit, take in the breathtaking 360-degree panorama. You’ll witness the Marrakech Plain and the High Atlas Mountains to the north, extending to the Anti-Atlas Mountains and the Sahara Desert in the south.

After enjoying the peak, descend the mountain and return to Marrakesh via Imlil.
