A magical experience suspended in the sky 🎈 - We lived a memorable day that we will always carry in our hearts. The balloon flight went very well and exceeded all our expectations. The organization was impeccable from start to finish: the service was punctual and professional from the moment of pickup, making us feel pampered and safe. A special mention goes to the breakfast, really excellent and attention to detail, the perfect way to end the adventure. It is an experience that I highly recommend to everyone: the feeling of peace and the view from above are indescribable. Thank you for making everything so perfect!"

Great experience - From pick up to return to our hotel service was exceptional. The sight of the sunrise was sensational along with the other balloons going up. A well worth experience.

Moroccan adventure - Very nice experience, the arrangement was good. Would have love to do more but no time. The site was well decorated and the staff very welcoming. I loved especially the Moroccan tea

The balloon ride itself... - The balloon ride itself was really good and would highly recommend it. The transfer was poor, arrived late, drove like a manic, got lost afew times, hit a massive hole that caused a loss of power so mini bus wouldn't work, had to then wait for a replacement. Also poorly organised and lack of communication for transfers back so people were left hanging around for ages waiting.

Beautiful and Peaceful morning over the Atlas Mountains - Despite poor communication for confirmation and pick up via what’s app it was a beautiful experience. Expect an early pick up, 4:45 am for 6 am flight. We were one of the first balloons to take flight as many other companies took off late and missed the actual sunrise. Our pilot was great and the breakfast after was fantastic. Thank you

Balloon Marrakesh - Absolutely fantastic experience definitely worth the money and 30mins is long enough safe well organised and breakfast after is brilliant Not one to miss

Short Marrakech sunrise balloon ride - Well worth it, despite several really annoying factors due to disorganisation, miscommunication, and terrible attitude. Pick up was set for 6am. By 6.25, still nothing. Eventually, van arrived at 6.45. Other people collected after that up until 7.25, all of whom had been told 6am. Driver blamed "too many pickups". Not ideal on a freezing January morning. Balloon pilot, Cameron from Albuquerque, was brilliant, explained things clearly with enthusiasm & humour. Balloon ride was excellent, really exciting and a highlight of the trip. After the flight, this was spoiled by confusion over buses, the included breakfast being refused, angry and uncooperative attitudes and general "f" you feeling to the whole thing. Such a shame, since the main event was brilliant. Another of many experiences in Morroco ruined by utterly abysmal customer service.

Inadmissible - Paris, 5 June 2025 Attention Viator Customer Service, Madam, sir, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a service booked through your platform. I had booked a special event – a balloon flight for two people – scheduled for May 31, 2025 at 6:00 a.m., to celebrate my wedding anniversary. However, the night before, I still had not received the pick-up schedule. By contacting the local provider myself, I learned – without any prior notification from Viator – that the activity had been cancelled. I had to take many steps to get a reprogramming, which turned out to be false and non-compliant, for the following reasons: The service provider arrived at 6:20 am, instead of the scheduled time at 6:00 am; We arrived at 7:20 am at the launch site, after sunrise; I missed the balloon inflation, a key moment in the experience; There was no clear communication from either the claimant or Viator. These facts clearly constitute a breach of contract, with moral damage, given the symbolic nature of the day. Therefore, I am making a formal request: Full or partial reimbursement of the non-compliant activity; Or, failing that, immediate commercial compensation (purchase order, credit, etc.). ⚠️ If I do not receive a positive response within 5 working days, I will take the following actions: Disputing the payment (chargeback) with my bank; Publication of a detailed public review on Trustpilot, TripAdvisor and Google; Referral to a consumer association, such as UFC-Que Choisir.
