Everything about this... - Everything about this experience was wonderful. Nyx was our balloon operator and she was so fun. The views were spectacular even with the morning mist.

Riding a Hot Air Ballon while looking at the Beauty of Morocco - This was my first time in a hot air balloon and why not overlook Morocco. This is definitely and early morning activity so make sure to get some rest the night before. The pick up was pretty easy and I got picked up at a local gas station near Jemaa El Fnaa. I think most tours will direct you to a gas station or a hotel right outside. Its not too bad at all, a quick 5 minute walk since you let them know where you are staying and they pick the best pick up spot. The drive itself isnt too bad. I recall it being about 30-1hour. i think? But you honestly wont notice it. As you might be asleep! haha Im a coffee person so I was happy to be greeted to coffee and tea as soon as we got to the location. You have some time to use the bathroom and stretch before hand. There are also photographers there who use the drones. I opted to not do this. What i do appreciate is they were not pushy at all. They explained how they would capture the fotage and while in air the drones did come very close. Seeing all the balloons launching was pretty dope. We drove past quite a few balloons before we reached ours. They loaded us pretty easily based on eyeballing our weight. As a former aircraft mechanic this is pretty standard for weight and balance purposes so dont take it personal. They did pair up couples and friends so dont worry about being separated. THE VIEWS!!!!!!!!!!! You see everything and even more so you see the other balloons so its breathtaking. It was a bit cloudy the day we went. Our pilot was apologizing for it, he is not Storm so i dont hold it against him for not controlling the weather. The cool thing is we got to go in the clouds a few times and the way the sun peaked through the clouds was gorgeous!! I personally think its way better with the clouds. We were up in the air for awhile so it felt we were getting our monies worth! Also shout out to our pilot who played some music to keep the vibes going! After we landed we got to head back to the camp area and have some breakfast! We also got a certificate for flying in the balloon and they wrote our names in Arabic! a cute souvenir. Once we got dropped back off it was still pretty early in the morning so i still had the whole day to wonder the Souqs and enjoy my time. OVERALL: DO THIS!!! Get plenty of sleep the night before so you arent struggling to get up. And if possible bring a friend to help take pics. Or be like me and make some friends who will take pics for you! 10/10

Best ballon ride ever! - Me and my wife had a private balloon ride - highly recommend it. Private pick-uk and drop off from where we were staying. Great service - professional and superb. The ballon ride was amazing and then afterwards a lively traditional breakfast in a private tent. This was really worth it - best breakfast ever!

I advise! Take advantage of the 1st departure to watch the sunrise. - Made with family. Experience that I recommend, even for people who are dizzy! A very poetic moment.

YOU HAVE TO BOOK THIS EXPERIENCE!!! - Stop browsing and book with Atlas Montgolfiere. To be clear, they atually didn't ever ask us for a review. Our flight got moved to another site because of fog so we got a glimpse at some of the other companies and their bases. None came close to Atlas Montgolfiere. Everything was first class, from the facilitties, to the food, to the people. I thought I'd be nervous as I'm scared of height, but their professionalism took away any nerves and I felt completely safe. I had some pretty incredible travel experiences, but this is right up there with the best memories. They also made my partner feel very special on her birthday. Everyone sang as the sun came up over the Atlas mountains. It's a day we will never forget. One last thing, buy the most expensive drone package, it's an absolute steal! They could charge that price just for the stills given the quality you get back. Honestly, 10/10.

Dont p let the clouds stop you – an unforgettable experience! - After debating whether to cancel our hot air balloon flight due to the cold and rain in Marrakesh, I am so glad we pushed through. Despite an incredibly early pickup, the experience was seamless. The camp was impressively set up; we were welcomed with warm tea and lit fires to take the chill off. After a safety briefing, we watched the balloons inflate—a spectacle in itself—before boarding. Note: If you have knee issues, getting in and out of the basket can be a bit of a squeeze! Our pilot, David, was fantastic. He had a great sense of humor and made us feel safe and welcome from start to finish. Surprisingly, it wasn't as chilly in the air as I expected. While the low clouds were a slight dampener on the distance we could see, we still captured some truly magical pictures. Upon landing, we were escorted back to camp for a lovely breakfast. All in all, the early start and the cost were well worth it. Highly recommended!

Don't but. Be careful of scam. - My booking was for 6 am pick up. But we were picked up at 0750. Our booking was meant to see sunrise if we were picked up 6 am as seen on our booking sheet and that's why I purchased these tickets for my 7 member of family. The organiser did not help at all to fix this issue despite our efforts to change date. I don't recommend these tickets and this organiser. Please make sure before you buy these tickets to ask organiser for every detail mentioned. Also don't but unrefundable tickets.
