Day tour to Cassablanca from Marrakech - It was a nice day tour from Marrakech. The architecture of Hasan II Mosque itself was amazing and the guided tour made it even more. The other stops were the Habous district and the Cassablanca beach. The car was a comfortable 11-seater with free wifi and we made 1 stop after about 1.5 hours on the road for coffee and toilet. Our guide, Yassine, and driver, Allouni, were both very knowledgeable and fluent in English and Spanish (and perhaps many more). Recommended !

Travel Marrakech-Casablanca with Civitatis - We travelled to Casablanca with Civitatis very kindly guided by Sadouk and Ramania, polyglot Berbers, who explained perfectly the contents of the trip, made stops to allow photographing and visiting central places and after visiting the des-co-mu-nal Mosque of Hassan II took us to a good restaurant with good price (<200dh/20€) and then visit the beach, take a walk and finally return to Marrakech with stop on motorway (like to the one-way) where they also have good prices. Very good service. To repeat and advise.

Consider What You Want From a Tour - It’s a convenient way to visit the city, especially if you plan on STAYING in Casablanca. Don’t really see much. The mosque is beautiful. The few stops to the quarter were nothing special and only 30 min. The lunch was at a tourist place, which is fine, but it took 60 min plus because it was so busy. And then you end up at the mall on the beach - I would have rather skipped the 60 minute lunch and been dropped off at the mall so we could have ate whatever we want, like at the beach side restaurants. The guide was nice, but he only “guided” us from place to place - more of a host than a guide. He explained a few things in between, but I felt like I left not knowing much about Casablanca. I could have asked more questions, but honestly, I didn’t want to yell from the back of the van (which needs to be cleaned more often - my left window arm rest had gum on it). If you like cute, girly pop trips, this isn’t for you. If you want to see the mosque and that’s it, then this is a fine, reasonably priced option. If I could do it again, I would use this tour as a transfer to Casablanca, see the mosque, and then leave the group and go to my own thing and fly out of Casablanca.

Long journey and not much to do. - 3+ hour journey each way, hour at the mosque, 30 mins to look at shops in soul, 1 hour for lunch at the place they choose even though it’s not included lunch and you have to pay so really you should get to choose where you want to eat and then 1 hour at the beach front and then journey back 3+ hours each 3 hour leg has a 15 min break, so it’s broken up. The aircon wasn’t the best on our bus but it worked which better than some busses I’ve been on over here. Overall I would say it’s a long journey and you don’t have a lot of freedom to choose what you wanna do or how long so I’d say you don’t need more than one day in Casablanca as there’s not alot there to see & do but it would be better to see about hiring a private driver which is quite affordable over here and getting them to take you and you deciding the itinerary and times to go and come back or get a train I think you can get trains to Casablanca from Marrakech, that what I wish I did, got a train and did my own day there.
