Dades Gorges - The journey begins with exploring the High Atlas and Berber villages. Travelers will traverse Tizi n’Tichka, Morocco’s highest road at 2260 meters, which serves as the sole direct route to Ouarzazate and the entire Southeast region. The initial stop is the Telouet Kasbah, perched on the heights of the Ounila Valley, offering breathtaking views of ocher villages, abandoned kasbahs, orchards, and Ksours. Next, visitors will explore the Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Lunch will be enjoyed at the Kasbah before proceeding to the desert gateway and the cinematic city of Ouarzazate, where the museum and cinema studio will be visited. The journey continues to the Dades Gorges and the Valley of Roses, where the first night will be spent at the Hotel Panorama Dades.
DADES GORGES - TINGHIR - TODRA GORGES - MERZOUGA - ERG CHEBBI DUNES
Merzouga - On the following day, after breakfast, the route leads to Merzouga. The journey passes through the Todra Gorges, a starting point for hikes to the highest Atlas mountains. After a site visit, the journey continues to Merzouga. Upon arrival, travelers will ride dromedaries to embark on a desert journey through the stunning dunes of Erg Chebbi. In the evening, the beautiful sunset can be enjoyed before heading to the bivouac for an overnight stay, complete with dinner around the campfire.
MERZOUGA - DRAA VALLEY - AGDEZ - OUARZAZATE - MARRAKECH
Marrakech - Early in the morning, travelers will witness the sunrise before returning to the camp for breakfast. The driver will then guide them through the charming villages of Agdez along the picturesque Draa Valley, lined with palm trees and ancient kasbahs. The journey crosses the Tizi Tinififft pass at 1660 meters, leading to Ouarzazate for lunch, before returning to Marrakech via the Tiz-Tichka pass at 2260 meters and the High Atlas mountains.
