True Saharan Experience - Excellent experience end to end. Well coordinated by Mr. Hicham and everything on time. Our driver Mr. Morad was true professional and very helpful. The camp provided great untouched Sahara experiences with great clean comfortable tent and well taken care of by Mr. Tarik. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip, very well recommended.

Great driver morad - Morad was an excellent driver who made our trip in Morocco truly enjoyable. He was punctual, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area, always offering helpful suggestions and going out of his way to ensure we felt comfortable and safe. His driving was smooth and careful, even on challenging roads, and he maintained a friendly and calm attitude throughout the journey. Thanks to Morad’s professionalism and warm personality, our experience was stress‑free and memorable. I would highly recommend him to anyone traveling in Morocco.

Beautiful experience with Murad experienced and kind driver!! - A wonderful experience, our driver / guide Murad was really good the key point of the excursion as he was able to assist and advise us in everything, he is an experienced driver, kind and never intrusive my compliments go especially to him!! We were really happy with the experience, the first night we stayed in a beautiful hotel located right on the gorges of the Dades the Dar Essyaha hotel, with spectacular views, terraces to relax and furnished in a typical and beautiful way, good dinner and breakfast, we had a large room with private bathroom and also a terrace with a view. The second night in the desert instead I would recommend the agency to change facilities because the one we stayed in, definitely beautiful location in the middle of the dunes and had the bathroom in the room, but the tents and common places are very scruffy in the cleanliness (non-existent) and furnishings and fundamental thing there is no heating (air conditioning or electric stove) inside so during the night despite the blankets it's really cold never felt before so I would not rate the structure with category "Luxury in equipped tent" in our tent in the bathroom inside there was no hot water and we found out at 11 pm when it was now too late. The landscapes you see in the car journey are beautiful it is really worth making this trip, and Murad made sure it was not heavy by calculating the stops in the right times and putting on pleasant and fun music. If I had to do another excursion like this I would definitely want Murad as a guide/driver!!

Adventure in the desert. - The tour was great. We were well taken care of by Murat, our driver. Quad and sand boarding were great and well organized. The camp was beautifully decorated and lighted. The tent had heating for cool desert nights and having own attached bathroom was well worth it. It was fun to ride the camel.

Good, bad and amazing desert trip - We 2 female friends booked luxury option for New Year’s Eve. We were transferred from our spacious mini bus to a more cramped mini bus by Marrakesh City Travel Team with a different guide and driver from a different company and 14 fellow travellers. No communication as to why A long drive but beautiful scenery with stops for toilet, drinks and food and amazing sight seeing Arrived at first hotel in Boumaine Dades and everyone went to different accommodations. We were left at our hotel Maison Dhotes Restaurant Amazigh only to be told by the manager he had given our hotel room away to a big group and hotel was full. Guide and mini bus had left. We were then taken to another place 5 minutes drive by the manager to wooden huts where the staff were staying. We were not happy. We had to walk back to the hotel in the dark for dinner and breakfast At 11.30 pm the electricity went off- no lights or heating and no one to help on site. We were shivering all night as it was so cold and didn’t sleep Manager didn’t seem bothered when we complained and Marrakesh City Travel Team did not respond when I complained to them (they had read the WhatsApp message). Following day guide picked us up and told us we had to complain to our travel company as she was from a different one! Next day At Merzouga we were all separated again as all had different camps booked. We did not realise this as we had all bought alcohol to share on NYE. Disappointing as was a lovely group of people 1 hour + Camel ride to desert was hard work initially as we had to carry our own backpacks (not informed in advance about only having this bag and had to leave cabin luggage elsewhere - had 15 mins to pack this!). I asked whether a camel could carry my heavy rucksack and then relaxed on the camel and really enjoyed the ride and the desert sunset experience was amazing. You may feel DOMs in your thighs and arms over the next few days). We booked Sahara Eyes camp - luxury option. Lovely tent, private bathroom but no heating. Unfortunately the place was overbooked and people ended up sharing their tents with strangers. I refused when we were told we had to share as we had not slept the night before and I had booked a private option. (Staff became a bit aggressive but I walked away) At Sunrise we chose to go to Algerian border desert on a jeep with sand boarding (extra 100 MAD), camel option was free and quad bikes were 500 MAD. Another amazing and magical experience watching sunrise in the desert Tried sand boarding which was fun but unfortunately banged my head at the bottom when I fell off as the sand was not soft (consider health and safety). On the group coming back together for the return drive to Marrakesh it seemed everyone had a bad experience- 4 people said their desert experience was ‘ok’. A family of 3 and one other said their experience was ‘horrific’ - their camp had a power outage which was never fixed and everything plugged in literally blew up and they didn’t get the camel ride and felt abandoned Long drive back but again beautiful scenery 4 French travellers joined us for the drive back to Marrakesh only to realise 6 hours in they were on the wrong bus as they should have gone to Fez from the desert. The guide arranged a taxi for them (another 8 hours drive for them). All in all amazing experience for us but felt for others. Communication was non existent Recommend you go at a warmer time to avoid the cold mishaps and double check what you have booked and have all the details with you. You may need to be polite but assertive with some of the locals.
