AMAZING getaway from the hustle and bustle of marrakech - Absolutely amazing retreat. We practically had the whole pools to ourselves for 5 hours. Pick up was smooth. The lunch wasn’t great however this was expected. The staff leave you to your own devices which is nice however, perhaps it’s a bit too much at times. Free unlimited bottle water and wifi and they provide towels. Very relaxing experience however if it was busy i couldn’t see it being as great as it was. We wish we stayed the night and did the quads. we didn’t book them as we didn’t want to do the camels however in hindsight we could have stayed in the pool for this activity.

10/10 would recommend - We cannot recommend this tour enough. Our tour guide, Dallas, was AMAZING. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. It was part of a birthday trip and he went out of his way to make it special and accommodate dietary restrictions. There were so many activities for the price and everything was very well done. Very well worth it!

An amazing experience - This trip cannot be praised highly enough. As a family of 4, we had an excellent experience from start to finish. We were really looked after. The staff were amazing and took care of everything. The timings were well considered, the activities were great and the food was fantastic. Book the trip, you won't be disappointed.

Extraordinary day - We spent an extraordinary day among dromedaries quod and good food. The evening show and good food did the rest thanks to a friendly guide. I recommend it.

The minibus came to... - The bus picked us up on time in the meeting area. The idea today was pleasant with air conditioning. Upon our arrival at the guide he welcomed us and explained what we would do during the day, namely first the Quad and then the camel ride (we did not do it because we did it in the past and it was too hot to take a camel ride) we were offered Moroccan tea and we made the ride with the Quad, or a ride in the neighboring areas in an Indian row. After the camel they took us to lunch with some characteristic food. Due to the very high temperature, the area was not well air-conditioned and dripping from the heat .. (experience made on 14/08). Throughout our stay, water was always offered to us and whatever we wanted. The only negative thing is the Pool, in which we should have stayed after lunch, because it is dirty there is no exchange of water and is not well filtered in fact we chose to stay in the reception with air conditioning read us a book.

Dear for what it is... - 83 euros for a day that was formulated with swimming pool... except that the pool is not heated and this is not recorded in the description... bad distribution of activities... barely arrived 1 hour of camels with any ride... 30min would have sufficed.... coming back we thought we could land and enjoy a little bit of the pool but still not.... we were chained with 1 hour of quad... we thought we would do this one at sunset but it is not so... finally on the return we could look at the pool 1 hour before sunset... then the evening meal was good and the atmosphere with... just the fire-breather who only fessit the flames on his body and his tongue... that's all... Mixed review... not worth the 83euro... bad description... pity....

Camel abuse - AVOID - I would not recommend the camel ride experience in Marrakech. It was truly heartbreaking to witness the way these animals were treated. The camels were tightly packed together, unable to see where they were going, and the ropes around their faces were so tight that they caused permanent dents in their heads. Throughout the ride, the camels struggled, tripping and making loud noises that clearly indicated their pain, but the handlers just screamed and hit them to force them to keep walking. It was disturbing to see such blatant exploitation and abuse for the sake of tourism. I strongly advise against supporting this kind of activity.
