Outstanding and beautiful day trip - do not miss! - An absolutley wonderful day with our guide Ismail, and all the other kind and generous people we met along the way. We loved this tour! From the minute we started our trip, Ismail kept us entertained with his knowledge, not just about Morroco, but pretty much all of the world! The women's co-op is an inspiring project, which we were happy to support. All of the stops on the route were simply stunning - it was so fabulous to be in the mountains and the views were constantly surprising us. We loved the hike and our guide for that was amazing too. Lunch was at one of the most picturesque places you could imagine with the most delicious food.
From beginning to end, we loved this tour.
One of the things that struck us the most were the children waiting for Ismail on the route - he stopped to give them crayons or stickers, so if you're booking this tour, take some small things to give as much appreciated gifts.
The highlight of this trip - do not hesitate to book and ask for Ismail!

An opportunity to be a traveler rather than a tourist - We have traveled around the world, and this was the most unique private tour we have ever taken. If you are looking for an immersive experience that allows you to be a traveler rather than a tourist, you must book this tour. Our tour guide said himself that this tour company strives to provide an experience away from other tourist crowds to experience true Morocco. We felt so lucky to travel into the Atlas Mountains where the Berber people live, walk among the villages with a local man who was born and raised there, and have a home-cooked meal in someone’s home. We did not encounter a single other tourist once we arrived at the villages. I should mention that this was a completely authentic experience. In reading reviews about the tour, I was not sure if the Berber family home lunch was a tourist setup, perhaps a ploy built for tourists. But this was indeed a family’s actual home, and their kitchen; this is an absolute one-of-a-kind experience that no other tour company provides.

Exceptional Tour. Highly recommend - Amazing day with Ismail. Highly recommend. Full tour of Atlas Mountains, tea a women’s cooperative, short hike and visit to Berber home and highlight was lunch with wonderful local family on terrace with stunning view of highest peaks. Thanks to our 2 hiking guides, and to Fatiha and Fatima and their beautiful family for our lunch. Ismail, our guide, was so knowledgeable, enthusiastic and engaging. A delight to spend the day with. More expensive than other tours to mountains but small group (just 6) and away from crowds so worth every penny.

Highly recommended. Walk away from the crowd. - Highly recommended. With small group of max 9 people. In one day you can see, hear, experience Morocco and the impressive Atlas. Guide Abdullah was top notch: nice, spoke excellent English, very knowledgeable on a wide range of subjects, entertaining (and a good driver). We were lucky enough to be able to see the snowy Atlas. Fine walk (in our case a good hour, will depend on the pace of the group) with the big plus: does not go to the waterfall like the masses, but is with a local guide in the beautiful hills between and through Berber villages without in our case other tourists. Gym shoes will do, no slippers. Delicious 3-course lunch at a welcoming family home, outside on terrace with phenomenal views. Also adolescent in the family thought it was a very nice day, so take them with you. Abdullah: shukran again!

Fantastic experience in Atlas - I booked this activity in the Atlas for me and my mom during a trip to Marrakech. We couldn't have chosen better. It was not a normal excursion, but a true and authentic experience. We saw five valleys in wonderful nature. We also visited and were in contact with real Berber communities where we felt welcomed and welcome. Lunch at a Berber family was by far the best we had in Marrakech, exquisite, with Tajine really cooked over a fire. Our guide Abdullah, whose English was perfect, was very kind and courteous all day explaining traditions and history of the places we visited. He and the Berber family sang happy birthday for my mom who celebrated her birthday with this experience. We can only recommend it to everyone: even if we wanted to, we would find nothing to improve. Tanmirt!

An amazing trip! - A fabulous day trip and well organised from start to finish. Thoroughly recommended! Our time was spent not just visiting villages and sites but our guide explained many things about the local area, the history, culture and the way of life. The ladies in the female co-op village knew and did so much with the local supplies. The local families in the mountains were very welcoming, showing us their homes, explaining how things were done and we had the best home cooked lunch, using local foods! Everything about our trip was fabulous and the views of the mountains were just breathtaking! A wonderful day, thank you!

Very nice day - Very nice day with Mohamed our driver. Very good driver, full of anecdotes. Our guide Ali for super nice hiking. Possibility to do more walking if the desire takes you.
Lunch with the Berber family excellent family very nice.
Little downside on breakfast in the co-op where you feel compelled to buy.
For my part I find it a shame that the rest of the day made us forget this moment.
Thank you Mohamed, thank you Ali, as well as Fatimah and Fatiha

Excellent experience in the Atlas Mountains - Great tour. It was very cool to visit the calm and beautiful mountains, walk around in the snow and visit Berber villages. Lunch was served in a private home in one of the villages, and the food and hospitality was awesome.
Ismail, our guide, was fun, funny and knowledgeable and he made the day most enjoyable.
Highly recommended!

Brilliant Birthday Gift - We went on the Atlas Mountains trip yesterday and we were truly blown away. From the moment we were picked up by our guide Ismail to the moment we were dropped off it was an amazing experience. Ismail was kind, considerate, knowledgable and kept us all entertained. He created a great group dynamic with the other 5 travellers in our party. We visited a Women’s Coop and had lunch with a Berber family high in the mountains it was a humbling and interesting experience. So great to learn about local culture and customs. It was my husband’s and another member of the groups birthdays and what a way to celebrate. I could not recommend our guide Ismail and the trip highly enough. Thank you.
