Incredible Experience - Wow! What an awesome incredible experience from start to finish. Very well organised, beautiful place to eat breakfast amongst the olive groves and watch the hot air balloons. The pilot for our balloon was very well experienced and the flight was peaceful and so enjoyable. Highly recommend Atlas Montgolfiere! Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Incredible experience - Experience 100% as on the description. Take the time to choose a day with good weather and not too much wind. We arrived in a beautiful camp with campfires and welcomed with Moroccan tea, we boarded the hot air balloons 1 hour after they were ready. Then we were able to fly for 35min instead of an hour due to the strong winds. Then we ended up with breakfast, very hearty, free service so at will. In short I recommend the activity!!!

Fabulous experience from start to finish… - Fabulous experience- looked after from start to finish. Collected from the hotel and escorted to the balloon enclosure where we were given a small breakfast before being invited to watch the team prepare the balloon, Before we knew it, we were ushered into the basket and flying high above the desert watching the sunrise from behind the dunes. Absolutely magical ! Flight lasted around 45 mins and we returned to the compound for a more substantial breakfast before being returned to our hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience which was very good value for money and excellent service from the team. Highly Recommended !

Excellent experience - Everything was perfectly organised fromy pick-up to welcome tea then the flight. And the breakfast, delicious to close this beautiful morning. Wonderful sunrise views over The Atlas.

A moment in the air, unforgettable! - This hot air balloon experience was simply magical! From the first light of the morning, the landscape with the hot air balloons was beautiful! Smooth takeoff, silence up there, breathtaking scenery... We literally had our heads in the clouds and our hearts filled with emotions. The panorama of the desert and mountains was indescribably beautiful! Special mention to Ayoub, who took care of our flight with exceptional professionalism and kindness. Thanks to him, we felt totally confident from beginning to end. She is a passionate and caring person, and it makes all the difference! A moment suspended in time, which I recommend to all those who want to live an extraordinary experience.

Amazing experience well ran - Collection from hotel for us was 5.50pm and to the area was smooth no hiccups…. Didn’t take long to get there once all were picked up… arrived and it was all well managed tea and coffee and given our numbers for bus and a letter for which Balloon your on…. All ran smoothly and the experience was amazing experience so glad we did it we had a video upgrade for £50 which was a drone while in balloon and once back loads of food for breakfast and coffee and tea was lovely after and dropped off back at hotel 10.30 Brilliant day

Nice but not without hooks - The balloon ride itself was great, we had a nice pilot and the view was fantastic. The whole thing was clouded by the run-down of Atlas Montgolfier. Deviating from the booking we were picked up only at 6:45 instead of 6:00. We haven't thought about that yet. ( The time was announced the day before via WhatsApp. Shortly before we arrived at the starting point we already saw a lot of balloons take off, which surprised us a lot. Once at Atlas’s premises, no balloon was visible from the company and a little further away, the last balloon from another company took off. By then, the sun was already rising. We first had to sign up for lists and then were handed tickets ( balloon launch site ) . Afterwards we were told that due to the wind conditions it was extremely difficult today , because it was driving the balloons to Marrakech and you could get into the no-fly zone very quickly. Therefore, the breakfast scheduled for after the flight is moved to before the flight. Since one would supposedly be driven directly from there to Marrakech even after landing (which turned out to be untrue). I explained to a lady that I was very upset because the offer was different. Shortly afterwards, a man from the organizer came to me pretending to be the boss and explained to me again that the wind conditions were to blame and I would like to understand this. I told him that in my opinion the balloon ride should go into the sunrise and that would no longer be the case. He wanted this very much on my booking, but it only says in the early hours of the morning. He also explained to me that there are different prices ( up to 150€ ) and I would have paid only 110€ per flight. He would have 5 balloons and they would come back later and the pilots would then decide if the flight could take place. I kept him from selling more tickets than available seats and that his 5 balloons would therefore launch twice. ( It's double money, too). However, he denied it. The fact is that at about 8:45 the balloons came back from the flight and were re-prepared (which I didn't see from the other companies all around, there was probably only one launch). Around 9:25 ( after 1.5 hours of waiting ) we went into the balloons. The ride (flight ) was a great experience also thanks to the very nice pilot. Due to the strong winds, the journey took only about 35 minutes instead of 1 hour. Of course, nobody can help it. By bus we went back to the base ( you are amazed, it should go directly to Marrakech ) . There we got on our bus after a while and were driven back to Marrakech. At the riad, we told our adventure to one of the employees on request, who described this as a common ploy , which was definitely not OK. You can easily calculate the additional earnings at 16 guests per balloon times 5 and that times two launches. Of course, the organizer has dollar signs in his eyes. After that, of course, we also knew the changed pick-up time. We would make the flight again if we stayed in Marroko, but then certainly with another and reputable company. It's a shame that this experience upsets the mood. I can only advise every guest to be very careful with the selection of the organizer and also to have the start time confirmed in writing. After all, an estimated 30 balloons have also launched into the sunrise, which we would have liked to experience.

Terrible communication and mis-selling by both the Balloon company and Trip Advisor - We were not happy with the ballooning experience offered by Atlas Montgolfiere as it was very much sold by Trip Advisor as a sunrise balloon ride. We searched under sunrise and Atlas Montgolfiere was in the top 5 listed. Paying nearly £100 for this, when we finally arrived at our destination nearly 2.5 hours later from pick up at 6.15am with sunrise well and truly over and seeing most of the balloons in the sky from a distance now coming down we were hugely disappointed to be told that we hadn't paid for the sunrise. If dynamic pricing is to be practised on both your and Atlas Montgolfiere's sites then it should be made very clear! The person we initially spoke to was hugely aggressive saying that we (two females) had made him angry and we were not allowed to speak or put forward our case. He also lied and said he was the boss when he most blatantly wasn't as our balloon pilot (who was very nice) introduced us to the actual person running the experience. We were offered a sunrise trip the next morning but unfortunately were flying back the next day so couldn't take this offer up. I would expect our money back at the very least.
