Sense of peace and freedom - The first balloon experience is and was beautiful.. A sense of peace and freedom when you're up there. Perfect organization. Pick up done on time without waiting The pilot Abdurraza very professional w friendly and answered all ke my questions. After the flight a good breakfast in a Berber tent with tea, orange juice coffee and to eat boiled eggs, three types of Arabic bread, olives and honey No need to go all the way to Cappadocia (which costs more than twice as much) but include this activity on your list if you are planning a trip6 to Marrakesh

Super organized fantastic experience - Clear communication about the place and time of pick up, picked up promptly by friendly people and then a fantastic experience in the hot air balloon. Afterwards, breakfast in a nice tent and neatly returned. Perfectly organized!

Balloon ride its self was brilliant. - The balloon ride was great fun, the pilot was very professional and the ground team work very hard. Brilliant experience. Consistent with other experiences in Marrakesh, the organisation was frustrating. We checked when booking the this included hotel collection, the night before got an email telling us that this was not the case. Pick up delays sorting our customer booking issues, quick diversion to the garage to get some air for the bus tyres and no commentary on what was going on and how the morning would unfold. Worth all the faffing in the end.

Hot air balloon flight without sunrise - The balloon flight went very well overall but the title sunrise is not respected since our flight took place more than 1 hour after sunrise. Difficult communication in order to have a time and a place of collection (appointment given the day before at 9pm). Better communication and a real sunrise would have deserved 5 stars.

Double check your pick up!! - Very misleading booking. When I booked and put in our hotel details booking was confirmed with pick up from Aquamirage where we were staying. This was on both the booking and the confirmation email. I chased the pick up times a few days before the trip as I heard nothing. The day before I chased again - I received a reply to stay that details would be provided that afternoon. Afternoon came and went - nothing. Evening I messaged again and was told I would receive pick up at 07.25am from a hotel 12km away. I challenged this and was told nope I needed to get a taxi or shuttle bus there. No shuttle at that time from the hotel. We didn’t have enough dirham to pay for a taxi. The hotel cashier was closed and the atm not working. Had I been warned of this earlier I could have made provision. Unable to cancel without losing the money as past 24 hr policy. Absolute joke! The trip is 4 hours - most of this is spent travelling to the site. 45 mins in the balloon and 45 mins having breakfast. This part was good but a lot of money especially on top of the disappointment of poor planning. If you’re staying at Aquamirage I wouldn't book via this company.

Glad I did it. Lovely staff, just could have been better. - I was a tiny bit disappointed with the experience. It was not sunrise, but 8.15 for pickup. It felt like we were a rushed job at the end of a busy day. It said we would get a continental breakfast at the start. We didnt. There was only our balloon in the sky, which was ok but it definitely lacked the magic that others who paid the same amount of money got. The staff were brilliant. I honestly can't fault them. They were funny and answered questions. Then we had our 'continental breakfast' - which was literally just coffee and cake. No juice or anything else advertised. The berber breakfast was lovely. The lady serving was so sweet and the tent was beautiful. No certificate was forthcoming at the end. Overall, im happy I did the trip. But I just feel like it could have been so much better for the price.

Disappointing. Without a guide, they lie in the language. They treat you like cattle - It was reserved in Spanish, NO ONE spoke it and when I claimed it they ignored me. They don't give continental breakfast to the ppio. They treat you like cattle from place to place, they don't explain anything. The balloon trip is 30', the rest fill with absurd turns by car through the drylands. Berber breakfast ok but just 1/2 glass of tea to pass the meal. The coffee and sponge cake (I guess that’s the continental breakfast they claimed to give BEFORE getting on the balloon) they give on arrival at the Jaima is disgusting. A disappointing experience, you are longer in the van than on the tour.
