VERY CUTE - We booked the night before, with very short notice for cancellation without reason from another provider. They treated us to 10, great attention via wp. It is true that there was no guide in Spanish, when when when booking it says yes. We also did not like breakfast much, it could be quite better.. But in itself the balloon experience ONE PAST, which in the end is what is really important.

Amazing balloon ride at sunrise near marakesh - It was an amazing and memorable experience for us. We had an early start at 6 in morning and it took 35 minutes to collect everyone else for the balloon trip and after a further 45 minutes we were dropped off outside marakesh for a cup of tea / coffee and pastries plus orange juice before being dropped locally for balloon experience Sunrise this time of year in marrakesh was at about 20 past 8 in morning and we took off at 10 past 8 and after balloon ride which lasted about 45 minutes we were taken back to the same spot for berber breakfast of pancakes with honey spread, boiled egg, olives and moroccan tea before being dropped back to accomodation by around midday. In terms of costs we got 20% off balloon so it was €78 each which was good value. Balloon was quite packed which limited photo taking opportunities at times but overall found it to be a really enjoyable and memorable experience. Staff were very accomodating and kind to all and our balloon operator was very jolly and jovial with us and helped assure more nervous passengers on our basket. For viewers of this who may be travelling on a budget when visiting marakesh, doing a day trip locally up the atlas mountains or an evening show in the agafay desert or maybe thinking of visiting casablanca or essaouira on day trips will represent more cheaper alternatives than this but i really enjoyed this balloon trip and i would highly recommend to anyone who maybe interested.

Great flight, poor communications - The flight itself was a great experience, with plenty of time to admire the mountains and Marrakech. But throughout the tour, including transfer, the flight and the breakfast after it, there was barely any communication of what is coming up and when, compared with other tours we had while in Morocco. Whats also somewhat annoying, is that the tour’s itinerary includes a continental breakfast which never happened nor were any explanations provided. Not a major thing obviously but overpromising isn’t a great way to attract customers.

Unorganized/ not as described - The ride was only about 15 minutes and it’s tons of rocks and you have to climb in hot air balloon so dress accordingly. The breakfast is u sitting down with 6-8 other strangers at a table all digging into the same plate. There is no extra things to do or see like they state in the description. They don’t even tell you your pick up time till the night before literally was told 9:00pm on 03/07 that my pick up was 6 am on 03/08.

The balloon was great, the communication not so much - The balloon ride itself was great. The organization and communication left a lot to be desired. It was unclear from booking whether the balloon ride was sunrise or not. The time for the excursion is mislabeled. It says 4 hours but in reality it'd probably end up being closer to 5-6 hours. I'd planned my day expecting the excursion to last for only 4 hours. I ended up getting picked up at 8:30 A.M so we did not catch the sunrise. There was little direction from the driver about how things would be working. We spent a lot of time waiting around for other groups to arrive before we made the final drive to the balloon site. The driver told us the incorrect time of when we'd be finished so I had to beg to get on the earlier bus back to Marrakech so as to not miss an appointment scheduled in the afternoon. Definitely would have been a more enjoyable experience with better communication.

Great flight but organisation and communication needs improving. - The balloon flight itself was fantastic. however, the communication about the pick up place and time was awful and stressful as we didn't know until the last minute where and when we would be picked up. Spent a fortune on phone calls trying to get answers as no-one was replying to our messages. Also the 'before flight' breakfast didn't happen until after the flight - we had been up since 6.30 and got nothing to eat until 10am.

Shabby organization - Shabby organization: Pick-up at 7am 3/4 hour waiting on the bus without explanation to leave because wrong place and they did not know there was a breakfast. Driver all the time on the phone and very dangerous. Continental breakfast, a cake with horrible coffee. At 9.30 am setting up Hot air balloon Berber breakfast at 11.30am 12:15 15 minutes waiting on the bus The flight in hot air balloon nice but I advise against this provider, Dangerous driver and very bad organization.

Disappointed - We caught the tourista two days before, I asked early the day before to shift the activity by one day but the provider never responded despite my requests on WhatsApp also, results we lost 400th, disappointed children and no commercial gesture despite a medical certificate that could have been provided, I expected at least one response or gesture from the organizer or viator

Dreadful behaviour by tour operator - Tour operator changed the pick-up location at the last minute the evening before a pre-dawn pick-up. Location was stated on the ticket to be our riad within Marrakech centre but then we were told after 9pm that we had to walk to new pick location more than 1km away in the dark the next morning! Also told not able to obtain a refund as insufficient notice to cancel. Dreadful behaviour by tour operator - you are warned!!

Bad communication, and fell to cancel the fly since it was raining. - Raining in Marrakech all day and the company did not reply to my messages, show up, or cancel. I am still trying to book again but no answers to calls or messages.
