What an amazing... - What an amazing experience with a well rounded operation. Our captain Sabah was amazing. She made us laugh the entire flight. Bravo Madame Sabah et merci encore.

Hot air balloon - Absolutely amazing. The best experience. The staff were so respectful and everything was a 10/10. We got picked up near our apartment. We then had cakes and hot drinks. We then had the best hot air balloon experience. We came back for a traditional berber breakfast.

the experience itself... - the experience in itself was incredible I recommend 100%, however small downside for the provider who did not reply to my messages and who gave us no information until the night before, so we were in the stress of knowing if this excursion would really take place in view of the price

Hot Air Balloon trip nr Marrakech - Fantastic experience, slightly marred by not knowing what time pick up would be until 9:40pm night before. Picked up from hotel on schedule, 2 or 3 more pick ups after my hotel, then about 45mins to the desert. Dropped off next to the balloon. Climbing into the basket can be tricky for less able bodied, then need to crouch down for take off and return landing. At departure, basket gets dragged along the ground and just when I thought 'is this going to plan', up it went. Climbs quite quickly giving beautiful views of the surrounding desert and Atlas Mountains. Takes around 45mins - on return driven to Berber Tent for breakfast and then back to the city. About 4.5hrs start to finish.

The balloon was great, the communication not so much - The balloon ride itself was great. The organization and communication left a lot to be desired. It was unclear from booking whether the balloon ride was sunrise or not. The time for the excursion is mislabeled. It says 4 hours but in reality it'd probably end up being closer to 5-6 hours. I'd planned my day expecting the excursion to last for only 4 hours. I ended up getting picked up at 8:30 A.M so we did not catch the sunrise. There was little direction from the driver about how things would be working. We spent a lot of time waiting around for other groups to arrive before we made the final drive to the balloon site. The driver told us the incorrect time of when we'd be finished so I had to beg to get on the earlier bus back to Marrakech so as to not miss an appointment scheduled in the afternoon. Definitely would have been a more enjoyable experience with better communication.

Great flight but organisation and communication needs improving. - The balloon flight itself was fantastic. however, the communication about the pick up place and time was awful and stressful as we didn't know until the last minute where and when we would be picked up. Spent a fortune on phone calls trying to get answers as no-one was replying to our messages. Also the 'before flight' breakfast didn't happen until after the flight - we had been up since 6.30 and got nothing to eat until 10am.

Not at all as advertised. - The actual hot air balloon flight was amazing and memorable but the experience is not as described. We booked with this company as it advertised hotel pick up and our hotel (out of the city on a golf resort) was available to select for one of the 270+ pick up locations. As most other companies did not offer the pick up option I sent the company a message on 24th November confirming this was definitely correct. I received no response for over 4 weeks. We heard nothing from the company until 9pm the night before who then informed us that we would have to meet them at a petrol station 25 minutes drive from our hotel on the other side of Marrakech and it was too late to cancel. When I told them we had booked hotel pickup, tried to confirm a month before etc, they ignored my messages. We ended up booking a taxi which cost us £36 return to take us at 7am the next morning. The balloon flight was not at sunrise as advertised. We were driven 40 minutes into the desert and got dropped off at a hot air balloon. No information was given by the company. The balloon flight itself was a brilliant experience. The pilot was friendly and funny and gave some information about what we could see. There is not much to see, one Riad and a Berber village, but still enjoyable to be up in the hot air balloon. When we landed we were put back in a minibus. We asked the driver if we were going back or for a Berber breakfast as advertised so we could let our taxi know when we’d be back. He told us he didn’t speak English and put us back in the minibus. We did then arrive for a Berber breakfast which was lovely and included pancakes, crumpets and naan like breads with jams and honey, boiled eggs and olives. Overall the experience is something I’m glad we did, but I’d definitely book through another company.

Disappointed - We caught the tourista two days before, I asked early the day before to shift the activity by one day but the provider never responded despite my requests on WhatsApp also, results we lost 400th, disappointed children and no commercial gesture despite a medical certificate that could have been provided, I expected at least one response or gesture from the organizer or viator

Dreadful behaviour by tour operator - Tour operator changed the pick-up location at the last minute the evening before a pre-dawn pick-up. Location was stated on the ticket to be our riad within Marrakech centre but then we were told after 9pm that we had to walk to new pick location more than 1km away in the dark the next morning! Also told not able to obtain a refund as insufficient notice to cancel. Dreadful behaviour by tour operator - you are warned!!

Bad communication, and fell to cancel the fly since it was raining. - Raining in Marrakech all day and the company did not reply to my messages, show up, or cancel. I am still trying to book again but no answers to calls or messages.
