A Great Evening - This is a fabulous tour. We enjoyed trying new foods and eating in places we would never have dreamed of eating in. Mehdi our guide was excellent explaining the food and fruit juices we had on the trip. Arrive hungry because there's plenty of food to eat. One of the highlights of our stay in Marrakech.

Don’t miss this food tour! - We absolutely loved this food tour! It was originally planned for our first night which I recommend, however due to weather we had to change twice and the company was very accommodating and communicated quickly. The tour itself was wonderful. Our guide Mehdi was first class. He took us to places that only locals go, gave us lots of tips and information about the area and the food we were trying. He encouraged us to try different things out of our comfort zone which I also recommend. When in Rome! All of the food was delicious! We had treats and smoothies, juices, soups, breads, msemen with different fillings (sweet and savoury) baked egg/meat dishes, olives, bbq skewers, donuts, sheep’s head, cactus fruit, teas and special herbal drinks. The food you will try differs depending on the time of year the guide, etc. The 3 hours went by so fast and at 9pm we returned back to the main square feeling alive and excited to hang out for a while longer. This was a highlight on our trip. Don’t miss out!

Fat trip - Really cool trip, with a good guide who got us around in Souken, and answered everything we wanted to know, exciting food, can only be recommended.

It's a great opportunity... - It's a great opportunity to explore the local cuisine. Recommend going early in your visit as also allows you to get your bearings of the main square and surrounding area. I do think the group was too big (16) to allow for the optimal experience. It made it difficult to navigate between stops and find places for all of our group to sit. Recommend to come hungry as there is plenty of food.

Fun but not unmissable - Interesting experience sampling Harira , sheep cheek, tongue and glands; snails, prickly pear, olive, nut and pastry assortment from various stalls around the main square. Our last stop was a rooftop restaurant near the square to sample beef tanjia and lentils - easily the least flavoursome out of all the food we ate during our 3 day stay in Marrakech. It’s a fun 2 hour tour to do but I wouldn’t recommend this particular one unreservedly.

Lovely local food tour - A nice taste into real Morrocan food and drink. A fair bit of walking and other similar tours occuring at the same time so quite busy at the stops. More explanation into the foods and their background would have been nice as well as more insight into local culture. We were vegetarian and two of the stops were meat focused ...no issue with this.

Its really great but... - Its really great but although I had told them about my allergies some of the food was not suitable for me. Our guide was friendly and gave us lots of information, all the food way amazing (according to my husband) what I ate was delish!

Great experience. - Very fun experience that I highly recommend. All the stops we delicious and our guide spoke well and was very informative. The only thing I disliked was the stop at the Herbalism store. Everything is extremely overpriced and likely resulting in a kickback to the guide if anything was purchased. That was the only downside of the tour.

A good experience with lots of variety - This was a great way to have an introduction to the media, and learn a little history along the way. The food range and amount was excellent. Sometimes it was a little hard to hear our guide as he was softly spoken, but he was very friendly and informative. The restaurant at the end was up a very stepp staircase which is difficult if you have limited mobility, which should probably be stated on the trip details so you are aware before booking. The food we tried was interesting, plentiful, and very enjoyable.
