Wonderful day discovering Marrakech - My wife and I had a wonderful day exploring the historical medina of Marrakech. Our private tour guide, Omar, was extremely informative, knowledgeable and charming. He also took us to some non - tourist, working parts of the souks, where artisans plied their crafts. Through him, we bought a beautiful rug, shoes and a handbag. Would definitely recommend Omar and the company.

Great day in Marrakech - Charif was a great guide who was traveling with us all day and responded to our wishes. The day was exhausting, but we saw and visited so much that would have been impossible without experienced escorts. He accompanied us to the souks and supported us in shopping and trading. He also explained everything in detail and talked a lot about Marrakech. I can only recommend this tour!!!

Excellent city tour. - Excellent guide. Ismail was Very knowledgeable and it is well worth paying extra to have a private tour as you get to see things that are very authentic and tailored to your needs/ interests. You also get to skip the queues! Would highly recommend Ismail as a guide and would give his expertise 5 stars. I dropped one star due to the information provided by the tour operator, Only negative is the information given by tour operator - it is not made clear in the confirmation email that you need to book tickets in advance for the majorelle gardens, Berber museum and YSL museum. The tour operator needs to make this information more explicit. This was supposed to form a major part of our day tour but couldn’t as when I realised the day before that I needed to book tickets, it was all sold out which was disappointing. Plus you have to book a timed slot. As a newcomer to the city I didn’t know how long it would take to walk there, so it would have been tricky to abide by a timed slot, Fortunately, We managed to book tickets for a different day and went independently. Other visitors be aware that these 3 attractions get booked up very quickly and we visited at a supposedly quiet time of the season.

Fascinating and great fun! - We had a brilliant day with Ismail. His English was excellent and he had a great sense of humour. The weather was not so great - it rained on-and-off all day - but we still had a lot of fun and Ismail really tailored everything for us. Fascinating tour of the Bahia Palace and the souks. Not sure that we got to the Jewish quarter - but it was a full day so perhaps just my memory. Ditto either of the mosques - we certainly didn't spend 30 minutes at one - possibly due to the weather. I think he did go a bit off-piste at times - not sure everywhere was ideal for 4 pensioners - one of us actually fell down some very steep steps - but nobody was hurt, we enjoyed it enormously, and laughed about it all for a long time afterwards. Have deducted 1 star - not for Ismail, but for TripAdvisor communication. When you look at the tour online it does say to book tickets for the Majorelle Gardens, but this is not included in the confirmation email - which is what I printed out. Nor in any of the reminders. As I booked the tour well in advance, I had forgotten this requirement - if I had ever seen it (!) and when reading over the confirmation there was nothing to remind me. Consequently, we were not able to visit the gardens, or Berber Museum as part of this tour - it gets very booked up and there are long queues even with tickets - BE WARNED! As it happened, this was a good thing for us because it was a rainy day. We had plenty to see and do touring around the Old City - and then we booked for the gardens when the weather was nicer - something to bear in mind. TripAdvisor - please make all this much clearer in your emails. Final note: if you don't go to the gardens then you may not really need a driver. We actually spent most of the day walking.

SCAM - This is not what I wanted. Normally, whenever I see no private transportation, it means that we share a vehicle. At the end of my tour, I had to pay for the taxi which was 400 MAD. I was upset and I truly overpaid. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! There are private guides who cost way less on other platforms.
