Incredible visit with an amazing guide. - Our first time in Marrakech and so wanted to experience and discover the city from someone who knows it best. Abdul was a perfect gentleman and excellent guide. He spoke excellent English and was patient with all our questions. We learnt so much more than if we had gone it alone and the trip gave us the confidence to delve further into this fascinating city on our own. The sights, smells, energy and architecture is like nowhere else on earth. Thank you Abdul for a truly memorable experience.

An expert local - You can walk the market by yourself but you will miss the most authentic parts of the market. A local guide specifically someone like Abdo will make it an experience for life to remember. Very humble and nice person. We wanted to see the real shops where people still make things by hand and he delivered. He even went out of the way to take us to the restaurant for dinner, sat and talked with us. He made it feel like family. He is a gem of a guy. If you want to see the real market, don’t go without him

Terrific historical and cultural tour of center city - I had a terrific experience with Abdullah. We arranged for a pickup at my apartment (separate from the experience as I was staying near the Palmeraie). On the way Abdullah gave me more history and context of Marrakesh to understand its development into the city it is today. When we arrived at the Medina we had an exquisite walking tour throughout multiple shops, alleys, squares and finally the centerpoint city mosque. Abdullah and I had great conversation, and he was able to tell me details about all of the attractions in the area. He had connection points with certain vendors that were more trustworthy related to items you might be interested in purchasing (spices, pastries, creams/oils, etc.). He was also able to show me some less travelled areas that were residential and historical (most places if you were visiting and touring alone you would have missed or hesitated to travel because there were far less stores). But it was very interesting in the residential areas to understand how old the buildings were and how they have been converted into luxury residential spaces. The open squares were entertaining and Abdullah guided me to restaurants and eateries that would be best for food and experiences. Overall a terrific experience, especially if traveling to center city for the first time. Highly recommend!
