Private Tuk Tuk tour experience. - Marrakesh is busy and hot with temperatures in the late 30’s and 40’s. It can be overwhelming especially if you’re not well travelled, used to hot climates and busy cultures so to acclimatise and get our bearings we decided on a Tuk Tuk tour choosing this this one having read the previous reviews. Communication was smooth after the booking with contact made 24 hours prior to the trip albeit I instigated it by advising them I had arrived at my Riad and to inform them a door pick up was not possible due to restricted access to our Riad. We were assured our driver would make contact on the day prior to the pick up which he did and we confirmed our location and driver with an exchange of photos. Most locals speak Arabic and French but English is becoming more widespread and our driver knew enough to answer our questions. To be honest, I was content not to disturb him as he expertly navigated his way through very busy traffic , and the tight narrow passages of the souks and various local market corridors. He certainly knows the width of his Tuk Tuk and at no point did we feel unsafe whilst surrounded by other bigger and faster traffic. There was a planned itinerary but it is flexible and is best researched beforehand as it’s only a 4 hour tour or more aptly a taxi service by Tuk Tuk as he waits for you as you venture/explore your chosen itinerary destination. One such spot was the Marjorelle Gardens which imo is a must. It’s a ticket only entry and has to be purchased online before hand otherwise no entry. The Tuk will take you there as part of the tour but if you’ve not bought a ticket then it’s a wasted journey as it’s an enclosed walled garden, similarly with the Bahia palace albeit you can buy tickets on the day. It would make sense therefore, to create your own itinerary of places you want to spend more time at and knowing if tickets are required beforehand. Eg the gardens need 1-2 hours and were beautiful which eats into your 4 hour package. For us the Tuk Tuk was absolutely the right thing to do knowing we had transport and enabled us to relax and enjoy the late morning vibe with a spot of lunch off the Jamae El Fna square which is the tourist trap. It was the back up we needed and provided reassurance. I would highly recommend this.

Excellent for a Marrakech taster! - A very unusual way to see the city. Takes you down the narrowest of streets that you think you can't possibly fit but you do. You have a rough itinerary but you can adjust this as you like. We asked to skip the final museum as I think we'd tested their patience a bit. The secret garden would be your 1st stop which is lovely - you do need to book in advance for a QR code entry as it does sell out. Price probably a little high, but it is a stunning place to walk through. The rest of the sights you can just turn up at. The driver (sorry I forgot his name) was lovely and waits for you at every stop so you can just get back on board whenever you like. Highly recommended

Great way to see all of the amazing sights! - Excellent tour! Hit all of the highlights while traveling the city the best way possible. Our driver was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He reached out the day before and went over everything we were planning to see while also letting us know what tickets we needed to purchase. 5 stars!

See all of Marrakech by tuk tuk 🛺 - Ismail was our driver and as someone with an invisible disability I was thrilled to see this company employing those with disabilities. Ismail was on time and tailored our tour as we requested. He communicated with us and made good suggestions as to how to spend our time on the tour. If you want to see Marrakech while aiding the Association for the Disabled, look no further!

A great way to tour Marrakech for families - A great way to explore Marrakech, with Ismail and Humza as very nice and careful drivers. They helped us set an itinerary for our family of 7 with 2 tuk-tuks, that suited us without any complaints and with helpful recommendations. I would definitely recommend this for families.

Great experience - Driver was absolutely fantastic. We had a great time and was pre travel communication was fantastic clear instructions and itinerary of how the day was going to unfold. The tuk tuk was nice and comfortable and each stop we were given clear instructions where to met the driver, the driver did not rush us at each stop and we were given quite good flexibility. The actual stops were interesting and unique too with opportunity to shop at different places. Be prepared for the tannery as you will be pressured into buying leather, although you can say no. All in all, a very good day.

Perfect option to explore Marrakech with kids! - This was a great option to see a nice chunk of Marrakech with a five-year old. The driver was very kind and helpful and spoke perfect French and good English. The organization is very hands-on and tries to accommodate your every wish (they even went out of their way to pick us up at a different location). Absolutely recommend!
