Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou - Ouarzazate - Dadès Gorges

Dades Gorges - The tour commences at 7:20 am from Marrakech, heading towards the Dadès Gorges. The journey begins with a road trip, with the first stop at the Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The next destination is Ouarzazate, known as “The Door of the Desert,” where lunch and exploration await. By the end of the day, the tour reaches the Dadès Gorges Valley, where a delightful Moroccan dinner is served. Guests will spend the night in a cozy hotel or hostel, enjoying breathtaking views of the valley’s landscapes.

Please note: The famous Rose Festival occurs during the second weekend of May and the last two days. Travelers visiting during this time may have the opportunity to experience it!

Dadès Gorges - Toudra - Merzouga

Erg Chebbi Desert - The second day starts with a traditional Moroccan breakfast at the hostel, followed by departure to the Saharan village of Merzouga, passing through the Toudra Gorges. Along the way, travelers will encounter numerous Berber villages and vibrant landscapes. The Todra Gorges, towering 300 meters above the river, offer a thrilling view. Lunch is enjoyed en route, leading to the city of Erfoud, renowned for its marine fossils dating back hundreds of millions of years. As evening approaches, a 1.5-hour camel ride to Merzouga provides a stunning view of the sunset over the sandy dunes. The day concludes with a delightful dinner at a campsite beneath the starry sky of Merzouga’s dunes.

Merzouga - Ouarzazate - Marrakech

Merzouga - On the third day, the day begins at 6:30 am to witness the sunrise over the Erg Chebbi dunes, a perfect moment for photography in the Merzouga desert! A typical Berber breakfast is served at the camp before a camel ride back to the hostel in Merzouga for a refreshing shower. The journey back to Marrakech includes traveling through the magnificent Draa Valley, passing Tazzarine, Agdz, and Ouarzazate, and crossing the timeless Tizi n’Tichka pass with its stunning panoramic views.
